I was very pleased with the whole process. The first few visits and then the day of surgery and the stay afterwards. You couldn't ask for any nicer people. My surgeon even, was simply AWESOME!! I felt very well cared for and that the DR. and the staff actually cared how I was doing.

I WOULD GO BACK THERE IN A MINUTE. IT WAS A GREAT PLACE

They only thing I didn't like, was that my room was very warm. I liked the fact that I had my own room. That it self was very nice.

I was pleased with my surgeon but I was not pleased with the nurses that were on the floor post-op. You really had to search them out and considering BTC says they have almost 1 on 1 nursing, this was disappointing to me and my family.

I think everything went well. It was clean and the staff was very caring.

Steven C. Poplawski is my surgeon. I met with him in Janurary. His office is in Holland, MI. I was very impressed with his professional mannor. He talk we me for over 45 minutes, he answered all of my questions openly and honistly. The office staff was imformative and did not make me feel like I didn't know anything.

I liked everything about Dr. Poplawski and his staff. I would recommend them to anyone who needs this type of Surgical Consult.

The insurance company has approved my surgery. I am now waiting for a date to start my new life. I will update you after that. God Bless!

Had Abdominoplasty/Hernia Repair Surgery 08/27/03. I am **extremely** happy with the results and the wonderful care I have received! Things turned out so much better than I could have ever expected!

They were very accomodating and up front with me at all times. I couldn't have asked for better treatment.

First of all, Dr. Batay added a day of surgury to accomdate my husband and I...we originally had a date of August 5, but as a teacher, that was cutting it close. Dr. Batay was sentsitive, thourough and very very professional. He had another surgeon look in on us as it was 4th of July weekend. As I said before, the staff was caring and attentive, partly I think because the floor and schedule were not as full after losing BC/BS. After reading a review about BTC on this site. my husband and I took small fans with us because we heard that the rooms were VERY hot!!! This was an understatement. They air was not really working. We each had our small fans and full size fans from the hospital directly on us...hence why the "quiet" rating is a little low. The hardest thing about the whole experience, was getting in and out of beds...not that no one was there to help, it was just really difficult!!!!

If they would have let me sleep the night throuh it would have been better
