Barix Clinics - Michigan Hospital

I was very impressed with the care I received from them during my stay. The staff was wonderful and it was fairly close to my home.

Bathrooms in rooms were pretty small. But no other complaints.

The nursing staff is wonderful. They made sure I had my pain meds and that I kept walking. The respiration guy was hilarious and made sure I kept doing my exercises. The push, from everyone, to walk helped a lot. Even when I was grumpy about it.

I was very impress w/Dr. DiNick. He's was very direct. I like direct. Tell me what's what so we both can have a clear understanding of what I'm looking for and what you can do to get me to that point. The pictures I saw of his work were excellent.

Overall, Dr. DiNick and his staff were EXCELLENT. His bedside manners, communication skills, his attitude & staff attitude, his appearance & office appearance were all excellent…very impressive.

The only things I would suggest was adding the new "high rise" toilets in the bathrooms so us tall people would have a better time getting up and down -- also lift chairs would be nice too that rise up so you are close to standing. Other than that they had thought of EVERYTHING -- I had chapstick and tongs to use in the bathroom to help me wipe myself.

Overall, he was very, very good. He did an EXCELLENT job on me. He made me look normal--really NORMAL! I looked like a FREAK. I have seen many pictures on various TT sites, and I feel he did a TOP RATE job on me. My scar is pencil thin.He did an awesome job on the belly button he created! I have NEVER seen such a great job at at physician created BB. I still have a small area of an opened wound, but that is nothing that is his fault--it just *happened*. He says he will revise that area. I will definitely go back ro Dr. DiNick for my arms,legs, and breasts. I do feel he needs to be more sensitive to the issue of pain control, but his artwork WILL have me going back to him.

Dr. DiNick is no longer with BTC in YSPI Mi. he works at Providence Hospital in Southfield MI. this hospital is working with UofM and St. Johns Hospitals in the Detroit and surrounding areas to help people .
Dr. DiNick was the best if I had a problem even on the weekend I would call the office and he would return my call within 10 minutes he was very willing to ansewer questions I had and was very interested in my concerns. He is a good Dr.

I consider myself blessed to have had my surgery at this hospital. The nurses were incredible. Judi was the most amazing nurse, she went above and beyond. Actually all of the nurses and staff did. I was very pleased to say the least.

I found the hospital VERY quiet, although this could be attributed to the small number of patients at the time I was there. The staff there took care of us and treated all of us like family. They were FABULOUS!!!!

I saw him on August 2003-I brought in my hubby and son(5).He not only explained everything to me and my hubby he even explained things to my 5 year old.He was very late for my appointment but hey he made uo for it and We were both satisfield and we both feel comfortable with him being my plastoic surgeon for the tummy tuck.He was very knowledgable of wls seeming he was the BTC plastic surgeron on staff-and he sent in letters to my insurance promptly and handled his business to the fullest.I'm sure I'm in good hands with Dr.Dinick. May God guide his hands.

P.S. May his hands be guided to bang me out some "to die for"curves--lol.

The staff was always pleasant & extremely curtious to me. I was treated with the utmost respect. I never ever have sat in the waiting room for more than 15 minutes. EVER!!! My questions were always answered in a timely manner and if someone did not have the answer they were sure to find somone and get the answer for me. I recommend this facility to all. But by all means do your reasearch!
