Atlanta Medical Center (COE) Hospital

All staff persons were nice and friendly

Thank you to the 8th floor ladies, especially Nita and Sherika.

The hospital and staff were wonderful everyone was very helpful and kind. The only downside is that I got almost no sleep that night due to the fact that the helipad for the life flight helicopter was right outside my window. It came and went about 10 times during the night. That was THE ONLY downside.

All in all, my hospital stay was a nice as it could be under the circumstances. You are never able to rest with all the checking of vital signs, but that is to be expected. The staff was there when I needed assistance, but for the most part, they gave me charge of my recovery. That worked for me.

The hospital was clean and everyone was nice. The staff on my floor was helpful. No major issues.

I have only been to the hospital to have my pre-op testing done, and I must say that every person from the doctors to the parking attendant was extrememly nice and helpful.

The hospital doctors, anestesiaologists, operating nurses were great. The equipment used to perfrom my surgery was also great. The nursing staff while recovering in your room were no better than average at best. To be fair I think they were understaffed, they were slow to respond and needed to be reminded of your request frequently. My night shift nurse was an airhead, constantly forgetting your request often taking an hour to meet your needs. They were all very pleasent, just not responsive.

The first night was excellent as far as nurses the second night wasn't. It seemed as the hospital didn't have enough staff to accomodated the patients.

I LOVES THE CARE FROM THE NURSES. I HAD 1 PROBLEM ON MY RELEASE DATE GETTING SOME PAIN MED. FOR GAS.
