With the exception of the life-flight helicopter landing outside my window every 30 minutes....(which it never did, not even once during the day of my first day) and the folks deciding to work on the ductwork in the hallway( with hammers and required drilling)starting at 9 pm....it wasn't too bad.......;-)

The wing i was placed on was next to the life flight helicopter port so whenever it cranked up and took off the place shook...LOL Hey those folks needed help too so say lave'.

The staff at Atlanta Medical were great. They took very good care of me. They even made sure my husband was comfortable while he was there. They are great.

The place you FIRST go when you arive in the morning to I/Vs put in etc, has terrible staff. They are not sensitive at all to how scared you are nor pain considerate!

My only complaint is that I thought the bill was a little inflated. It amazes me at the amount hospitals ,in general, charge for simple things.
