She is very direct and to the point. I like that. My first impression of her is she knows her stuff. The office staff is great and there isn't anything bad I can say about Dr Inman or her office staff. rnI had an incident where I was only a few days out from surgery and I had been out walking in the drive way. The boys were playing basketball and the ball bounced off the rim and hit me directly on my largest incision. I was on the ground quick. After many tears from my son and myself, I got a call into the doctor. She assured me that I would be fine. And I was. Just scared. rnI understood every aspect of the surgery regarding risks and complications and the aftercare.rnShe is an outstanding physician all the way around. rnI think the only thing that has been disappointing is I missed a follow up appt due to not having a reminder call and now it will be Nov before I can get back in. Other than that, I have been very pleased.
My first impression of Dr. Inman was that she was professional and very caring. She has lived up to that first impression by always answering all of my questions (even when the list is long) and by listening to me when I'm having issues to help me resolve them. The office staff is awesome, and though they are very busy, they are so friendly. Dr. Inman is thorough and caring each time I see her. I suggest always coming with a list of questions, b/c she stays in the room only as long as they are questions because she has so many patients to take care of. If I had to pick between bedside manor or surgical competence, I would always pick surgical competence. But with Dr. Inman, I feel that she has both!!! She's an awesome surgeon and a good person as well!! She is my hero b/c she has changed my life!
I was so impressed with Dr. Inman when I first met her. She took the time to hear & answer my questions and has been a wonderful Dr.She & her staff are wonderful- kind, caring and so supportive. I would reccommend her to anyone considering Bariatric Surgery. She addressed any issue I had with compassion and through knowledge of what I needed. I couldn't have asked for a better Dr. than her!!!!
Dr. Inman is very knowledgable and very sincere about what she does. Her staff is great! I've only had my consultation but the consultation was full of information...there was no need for questions because the consult was very thorough. I have great confidence in her and her abilities to help me have a great outcome :)
I really liked Dr. Inman from the beginning and I liked her even more over time. Her office staff was very friendly but sometimes they would take a while to get back to you. If I had to pick one thing that I didn't like as well is that she moves pretty fast through your visit, but I work in the medical field and that is pretty typical of surgeons. ( -: She is very knowledgeable and has years of experience and will make you feel comfortable about the surgery. Her aftercare is with St. Vincent's and they have a wonderful program. She addressed the pros and cons of surgery thoroughly and I would rate her a 9 or 10 overall. I think bedside manner is great, but between the two surgical competence would have to be first. Dr. Inman has both, she's a very upbeat person and her reputation speaks for itself.
I had a good first impression of Dr. Inman. She seems to be very no nonsense. She is not one to cuddle a patient. She will tell you straight out what's going on. I like that. She seems to have a dry sense of humor. rnThe staff seems okay. Don't feel like I can give an acurate acounting at this point.
Dr. Inman impressed me as being a very caring and knowledgable surgeon. She is very intense in her approach. Very no-nonsense. I like that.rnShe takes the time to fully answer your questions, but doesn't waste time for chit chat.rnHer pre-operative tests are very comprehensive. I felt very comfortable knowing that Dr. Inman was doing my surgery.rnMy only surprise along the way was that I had gall stones and my gallbladder was to be removed at the time of my RNY. I was not aware of the results of the gallbladder ultrasound. I didn't know about this additional procedure until just a couple of minutes before going into surgery.rnHer office staff has been very responsive and caring also.rnI would highly recommend Dr. Inman to anyone desiring RNY in the Indy area.
