Jon Schram Bariatric Surgeon M.D., F.A.C.S.

Dr. Schram is incredibly cute. Not sure that has anything to do with his surgical skills...but thought it was worth mentioning.

For me as time was getting closer to have this surgery I was getting more and more nervous. The day of the surgery I was extremely nervous but Dr. Schram was very nice and calmed me down and he even prayed with my family and I before I went in. It seemed to just calm me right down. I realized afterward that the Lord had lead me just to the right dr. for me. After surgery he was so nice and just really a great guy! No regrets at all.

Dr. Schram seemed to be a nice guy. I had heard some good things about him from others. I found my first appointment was very informative. He took the time to explain things to me.

His staff was all smiles, and they were all very helpful. I was very comfortable being at his office.

Dr. Schram is awsome!!!! He really makes you feel comfortable. even though i was extremly nervous. Dr. Schram did my sister and 3 other people i know. None of them had any complications or problems with anything. His office staff is wonderful. There was nothing that i didn't like about him. He really lets you know that you are only given a tool that the real work comes from you and the aftercare for life. When Dr. Schram talked about risk he let me know that the risk were similar to any stomach surgery. I would rate him at 100%. cute as well=)

Dr Schram took his time and didn't rush through my first appointment with him. He explained all the risks of the surgery and made sure I understood everything. He did an excellent job on my surgery. His office staff is very nice and helpful.

Dr. Schram was great. I have no complaints about him. He explained the surgery in painstaking detail during my initial consultation and patiently answered all of my questions. On the day of surgery, he prayed with me prior to the operation. (That had a great calming effect on me!) He has a very good bedside manner.

Dr. Schram was very nice and explained things in a way that was very easy to understand. He made me feel very comfortable about my decision to seek help.
I really enjoyed my nurse who talked to me before the doctors consultation. She was an inspiration and made me feel right at home. We shared a lot of the same feelings about how obesity makes one feel about themselves. I am waiting on my insurance's claims examinor to make a decision to approve.

I met with Dr. Schram today. He is extremely nice and very relaxed. I would totally give him an 11 on a scale of 1-10. He described the surgery to me and answered ALL of my questions. I didn't feel rushed at all. I was considering going to a different surgeon so I could have the LAP procedure but now I don't think I will. He even prays with all of his patients before surgery!!! All the staff at BTC seemed extremely nice too.

I HAVE SEEN MY DOCTOR FOR MY FRST VISIT. HE WAS VERY HONEST WITH ME AND THE PROCEDURE. HE EXPLAINED HOW THE SURGERY WORKS, THAT IT IS NOT A CURE BUT A TOOL TO LOOSE WEIGHT. HE ALSO EXPLAINED HOW EXERCISE AFTER THE SURGERY IS THE MOST IMPORTANT THING. HE EXPLAINED THE RISKS AND ADVANTAGES IN FULL DETAIL. HE WAS VERY NICE AND DIDN'T TREAT ME LIKE I HAD A DISEASE BUT JUST A PROBLEM. I LIKED BARIATRIC TREATMENT CENTERS. I WOULD RATE HIM A 10 AT THIS POINT.
I HAD MY SURGERY AND HE PRAYED WITH ME BEFORE THE SURGERY. THAT MEANT SO MUCH FOR ME. HE CARED SO MUCH ABOUT HOW I FELT AND MADE SURE UP TO THE LAST POINT IF THIS WAS WHAT I WANTED TO DO. HE WAS GREAT WITH MY FAMILY AFTER THE SURGERY EXPLAINING EVERYTHING.
I HAD A GREAT POST-OP VISIT AND HE STILL IS CHEERING ME ON AND VERY CARING. HE IS THE BEST DOCTOR I HAVE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE. HE TREATS ME LIKE A PERSON AND NOT LIKE I AM A LOOSER. I LIKE DR. SCHRAM VERY MUCH AND WOULD RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYONE. HIS OFFICE STAFF ARE GREAT AND CARING ALSO. THEY CHEER YOU ON NO MATTER HOW MUCH YOU LOOSE. THEY DON'T DEGRADE YOU LIKE SO OFFICES DO.

I have not seen the doctor as of yet.
