I LOVE Dr. Caruana. After meeting him I felt almost immediately at ease (which is saying alot because I have huge trust issues.) His staff was nice, they were helpful and friendly. Aftercare is a big deal, and they have a very inviting \"office\" There is a small gym, a cafe, needed products available for purchase, and the actual offices...wondeful! I will update post-op. = )

I was very happy with Dr. Caruan and his entire staff. There was nothing i didn't like about them. Future patients should know that he and his staff do there best fromt he day you walk in the office to be encouraging and knowledgeable and make you feel at ease. The after care is emhasized. The risks are expained and questions answered. I would highly recommend them to any future patient. Both surgical competence and bedside manner were great.

I never met Dr. Posner or his staff. I sent in my paperwork to them on February 13, 2008 and to this day still HAVE NOT received any phone calls from his office. I even placed several phone calls a few weeks after I sent my paperwork in. Im glad I decided not to have Dr Posner do my surgery, instead I went with a different MD and will be having surgery on 6-23-08!

Dr Caruana and Marc his assistant are incredible! Best bed side manner ever! I would recommend them to anyone looking into the surgery in the western new york area!

Dr. Caruana is a first class WL surgeon. He was the utmost in professional and his office staff rates up there with him.

Dr. Caruana is a wonderful surgeon, he is very knowledgable about what he does. He put me and my husband at ease about the surgery. He does not beat around the bush, he will tell you exactly like it is. It is a nice change. He doesnt waste alot of time, its an in and out deal. He has no problem answering questions and such, but he does it in a very direct way. He does not waste time on chit- chat. Overall I really like him and his office staff. Everyone there is extremely efficient and friendly.

Dr. C is wonderfully patient and understanding. His office staff is excellent!

AWESOME doc and his assistant Mark is an a dded bonus. I have no regrets and would tell anyone they are in the very best of hands with Dr. Caruana and his team!!
