I just got off the phone with Jeremy's wife. They have been moved out of ICU, this is a good sign. Although Jeremy still has a fever. They are not sure what the source of the fever is just yet. Jeremy is going to be in rehab for some time. He has not been up since his surgery almost 3 months ago, and they think he has a pinched nerve in his back that is causing pain in his legs. He can't even really move his legs. So this is why the therapy is something he's having to go thru now to get better. Roberta said that he's eating very well. He still has his trache, and is on the vent for breathing. She said the only time that he doesn't feel so good is when they have to suck his lungs out and that will cause him to get sick. They have to do that to his lungs about 20 times a day. He's developed bed sores from not being able to get up at all. The good news is he's progressed so much from months ago. He's getting better, but still needs much prayers and support. The best news was when they moved him to his new room they had to put him in another bed and was finally able to weight him, JEREMY has lost 164 pounds!!!! I'm so happy for him. I will let you all know when I find out anything else.

yesterday jeremy was weighed...... (drum roll please)::::;:::::::::;:;;::::;; 634lbs!!!!!! he was 798.6 when he came in... he has lost 164lbs!!!!! whoooohooo!!!!! =^,^= he moved to select specialty yesterday and got on his new bed *with a scale* and he is doing so well. his white blood count is 13.8, but he still has fevers and they still don't know what from. he is eating and drinking and his heart rate is under 100! they will start with rehab soon to get him sitting, i hope. anyone who would like to visit him now can come to the 11th floor room #1169A. visiting hours are from 10am to 8pm. i'd hate to type and run, but jeremy is probably wondering where i am. keep up the prayers and maybe jeremy will be going home before easter. love, robbi ps: i saw georgeanne and she was eating and drinking and looked great. they may send her to a rehab center before she goes home, too.

That is great news. I will still continue to pray for him and your family. It will be no time before he is up and around doing things he has not done in years. You all take it easy and I will be watching for your posts.

Hi There! :) You all remain in my thoughts and prayers every day. All these prayers for Jeremy, and his wife and family as this too is so much to go through, are coming through! :) Great to hear. :) We can't wait until we are chatting with Jeremy on the message boards and seeing him regularly on here. :) You are an amazing person Robbi and I am so extremely glad that you two have each other! :) That is so awesome. :) Hip hip hooray for meeting his protein goal; for the opportunity to transition from where he is staying now; for his white blood count lowered; for his healing; for the relationship you all have not just with each other, his family but the care and love and strength and support and most of all prayers from your AMOS family too! :) Take Care, Love, Thoughts, Prayers, Continued Blessings and Healing and May God continue to hold you all in his loving care and that Jeremy feels his presence, peace and healing. May the Lord bless and keep you all. :) Michelle :)
