Sally~ I haven't read the boards much this week but I have been praying for you and wondering how you have been. I am so sorry to hear that your surgery was postponed. Please hang in there! If you need anything at all I am here for you along with everyone else here at AMOS. You are such an inspiration to me. My heart broke when I heard that your surgery was postponed. However things do happen for a reason and though we don't know what that reason is I know that soon you WILL have your surgery and WILL have a new life and WILL join the losing side. Dear Sally, I'm sorry for the delay in your surgery. I think of you often and will keep you in my prayers for your new date in Jan. I hope the holidays won't be hard on you. Hi Sally, Hang in there because before you know it all your dreams will have come true regarding this surgery! I am still awaiting insurance approval so you are now a couple of steps ahead of me. My husband's surgery is this upcoming Friday, 12/20. I am prayerful everything will be just fine! God Bless you and Merry Christmas!

Hello Sally , I came a cross your WLS site and I feel so bad about your date being changed.I know when there things such as that God has a plan. So be strong and don't give up. God had his reasons to postpon this date. I hope to hear from you soon. MAY GOD BLESS YOU AND YOUR FAMILY.

Dear Sally, I was so sorry to hear about your set back regarding your surgery. But before you know it with the holidays coming Jan 2nd will be here very soon. Plus I think it's great that you will be able to spend the holidays with your family. After working the holidays for so many years you deserve to spend time with the people you love and who love you. I pray that this will be a very special Christmas for you, your family and friends. So keep thinking positive and think how you will feel next year at this time. Sally- I was so sorry to read of your postponement. Your attitude in the face of such a disappointment is admirable. I live in Indiana, but your post prompted me to go right down to the blood center and donate. I know it doesn't help you, but perhaps you have inspired others to do the same thing (and that's one good thing, at least, resulting from your letdown.) Keep your chin up and know that you're not alone. Cheers--

Hi Sally - I was really sorry to hear about the cancellation, but guess what???!!! You and I will have our re-birthday on the same day!!! I will be thinking about you then...Good Luck and enjoy the holidays!
