Angel Update ~*~ I just spoke to Dianne and many things have gone wonderfully for Larry today!! When she saw Larry at the 9 a.m. visitation he was already off the respirator!! Go Larry!! Larry was then doing alot of coughing "ouch" and he coughed his NG tube up!! Dr. Husted was called and he said to go ahead and remove it. Sneaking Larry! Wished I'd thougth of that when I had mine! So, all that remains is the abdominal drain and the cath. His urine output is low but the doctor says this is normal and there is no alarm. Larry sat up twice in his Bari-bed today! Wooohoo!! His only complaint his that his hip hurts.....he fell and hurt it just before surgery. Poor baby! :o) Everyone is hopefully that he will be moved out of ICU tomorrow and into a regular room. Hang in there Larry!! You are going to do just fine!!
