Sarah, I am very happy to become your Angel. I have walked in your shoes and am so happy that I had my surgery and am losing the weight. You will soon be happier too. I am praying for you a sucessful surgery, great pain drugs, a speedy recovery, and wonderful weightloss. You can do it! Hugs!

O.K. I can finally say one month until my surgery! My surgeon doesn't have any pre-op requirements but I thought it might be interesting to see how much weight I can lose in a month...I lost 13 pounds during the 3 weeks of meeting with the nutritionist and the only major change I had to make by then was writing everything I ate down and lowering my sugar intake.
