Today I weighted myself and I have lost 15 pounds!!! People are already noticing that I have lost weight, some of my body aches are getting better. I just need to lose 80 more!

Great job.I have a lot of weight to go.But I try to keep it at small goals.But keep an eye on the big picture. It is amazing how the aches and pains go away. I used to take at least four motrin a day.Well now I can't take it but I don't need it anymore.

Keep up the good work.It is very exciting to see the scale go down.And the NSV I think are just as important.
