 Running  Keep a more consistent food diary  Goal weight of 140  walk 4 times a week for 45 minutes.  Test  Walking up stairs without being out of breath  Run the NYC Marathon in November 2007  increase awareness of morbid obesity and surgery as a treatment.  Running with my kids  Under 160  Go all the way to the top !  To overall get physically fit and healthy !  Get a thighlift, breast implants and lift, and batwings removed  GET OUT OF DEBT  Wear my "Dream Outfit" Jogging suit: size 8-10  be able to fit into a seat and be comfortable.  get down to 140 lbs. by this time next year  be able to go rafting and if I fall in, be able to pull myself back into the raf  Weigh 185 lbs  Buy smaller clothes  Journal my throughts regularly  Walk down stairs without being afraid  Being happy with the image I see in the mirror  look and feel better about myself for ME & my family.  Go swimming with my family  Go dancing without being embarrassed  Either get a promotion and raise OR a new job  To spend more time with my kids!  To Be Less Than 200lbs By April  keep God #1 in my life because I know without him nothing is possible!!!  Is to be Healthy again so I can enjoy life with my family and friends.  Go back to Karate 3/1/07  Get into a size 9-10 one day !!!  Get Pregnant!  Excersize at least 3 times a week  get off my medications!!!! Number 1!  130  Lose my last 30 lbs  be patient and let the process take its course  Under 200  have panniculectomy in next 6 mos  Being able to cross my legs  Lose 20 pounds  feel better about myself!  Under 220  Under180  Complete a 5K  Get to the gym a minimum of 3 times a week  Under 240  To get healthy and get more energy
