Dr. L and his staff are amazing. Very polite and knowledgeable in all they do. You receive responses in a timely manner. For your initial visit, plan to be in the office no less than 3 hours. However, I did encounter some issues with the hospital. My per-registration took 2 1/2 hours to complete (a process that took only 15 min and I was the only person in the waiting room). Also I went with out personal hygiene care up until my discharge. I cleaned myself after I was discharged before I went home. As far as my results, I can't say that I am totally satisfied. But I am sure Dr. L will help me in the areas of dis-satisfactions.

I love Dr. LoMonoco and his staff. Not only is he an exceptional surgeon who gave me great results on my breast lift and augmentation (and "love handle" lipo), he's also an all around nice, down-to-earth guy who's number one concern is patient care and satisfaction. Unlike many in his field Dr. LoMonaco has an appreciation for "real beauty" and didn't push me to get more, more, more work- a refreshing and surprising quality! He was forthright and realistic about what I could expect from surgery and was willing to take lots of time with me, before and after the procedure. I came to Dr. LoMonaco because I wanted a breast lift and augmentation. In the past I had a tummy tuck with another surgeon and being able to compare both my experiences, I can tell you Dr. LoMonaco's technique and vast experience with weight lose patients is phenomenal. I had weigh loss surgery in the beginning of 03 and I always knew that once I got to a point that there was no more weight loss that I would want to have some reconstructive work done. Once I moved to Houston in 05 I began my search. I went to a few consultations with several plastic surgeons in the Houston area, and then I stumbled upon Dr. LoMonaco. I think the moment I walked into his office I knew that he was going to be the one I allowed to "fix" my issues. His office setting is emaculant and his staff from the front desk all the way through the process were amazing. My process was challenging to me, and I have to say I was frustrated when it took me 7 months to get my blood levels right. But with Dr. LoMonaco's help with getting me on the right track and his encouragement I was finally able to have my procedures in March 2012. His bed side manner as well as his staffs, and their attention to detail are through the roof! I have no regrets about my choice, and minus that initial walk after waking up(that was a tough walk!), would do it all over again. I would recommend Dr. LoMonaco and his group of professionals to any one that was looking for any reconstructive work from weightless or even if you just want a "new you" look. They truly care for the person, their health and well being. This is a phenomenal group!

The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I especially appreciated that office nurses also were in the operating room – so they knew what happened. This allowed for excellent follow up care. My situation was a combination of medical and cosmetic so I appreciated that Dr. LoMonaco took what insurance would pay on the medical part of the procedure. Dr. LoMonaco explained what will and may happen and there were not any surprises. I am very happy with the results and will visit this group again for skin maintenance.

After doing an extensive research I chose Dr Lomonaco for my breast augmentation and I have to say it was the best choice I made. He answered all of my questions and was very helpful and understood exactly what I wanted. Also, I found Dr Lomonaco's staff to be so caring before and after my surgery.
