Dr. LoMonaco preformed a breast reduction on me and I have to say "thank you for letting me be myself again"! That is the most appropriate quote I can think of when I talk about my feelings regarding my experiences with Dr. LoMonaco and his amazing staff- Sally, Janet, Shannon, Melissa & Alma! I haven't felt this good since I was 16! Dr. LoMonaco has the best manners out of any doctor I have ever encountered, I wish he was a general practitioner so I could go to him when I have a cold or something! He has years of experience and was featured on Discovery Healths' Big Medicine-enough said HE IS THE MAN, it would be a mistake for you to go anyone else!

Dr Lomonaco performed an upper body lift on me during the week of Thanksgiving. The initial consultation with the doctor was very helpful because he showed pictures to me of women with similar body types and their subsequent changes after surgery. That consultation helped manage my expectations of what was possible for me. The day of the surgery went very well. I knew what to expect and they were able to successfully put an I.v. Into my small veins. I followed the post surgical instructions. Every day after surgery until my follow up visit, Janet called and checked on me. She was very helpful and caring. I just had my first lymphatic massage with Michelle and it was great. I continue to heal and am ecstatic with the results. My breasts look young and perky. My arms are thin but show the definition that I worked so hard to achieve beforehand. This surgery was another blessing on my journey that started with a gastric bypass in November of 2010 and a subsequent weight loss of 130 lbs.

After my consulation with Dr L, I knew he was the doctor that would do my surgery. His casual, down to Earth style made me feel right at ease with my choice to have the surgery. He listened to what I was looking for and then told me how he would make that happen for me. I am so pleased with the results.

Dr L and his staff really care about their patients and go above and beyond to ensure their needs are being met.

Although I am not a bariatric or weight loss surgery patient of Dr. LoMonaco's, I am a patient, and find him to be a very knowledgeable and kind Dr. The other staff in the office are pleasant to work with, and Janet who has been doing my facial treatments, is very considerate and gentle. I would highly recommend this clinic.

After seeing 10 different doctors I decided to have my surgery performed by Dr. Lomonaco for several reasons. First of all he specializes in patients who have had massive weight lost, and after loosing 130 lbs on my own I wanted someone who really understood my situation. I went on several appointments with different doctors but after I met Dr. Lomonaco I knew he was the one I wanted to perform my breast lift surgery. Dr. Lomonaco answered all my questions and he didn't have a problem meeting with me 3 times before I finally made my decision. Most of doctors that I saw made me wait anywhere from 30min to 1 hour in the waiting room and them rushed me through the consultation. Dr. Lomonaco's staff on the other hand made me feel very welcome with their friendly attitude (Thank you Sally and Janet, you guys are awesome). Most important of all Dr. Lomonaco spent almost 1 hour with me on my first consultation (which by the way was free) answering all my questions and explaining the procedure. What can I say about this doctor? I have no regrets and I definitely recommend him.

Dr. Lomonaco and his staff were extremely compassionate and knowledgeable. I always felt at ease during my appointments and especially throughout the surgery. I feel that the reason why my surgery was so successful was because of Dr. Lomonaco's demeanor, style and there is an atmosphere in his office that is very relaxing.

Dr. LoMonaco is the only plastic surgeon I considered after my consult with him. Not only was I assured of his surgical expertise, but I also knew he truly cared about me as a person, including my thoughts and feelings about what I wanted for my surgery. I've had much smaller surgeries that were much more difficult to get through than the three procedures I've had done with Dr. Lo, and I attribute that to his skill and wealth of knowledge in bariatric plastic surgery. I recommend him to anyone considering plastic surgery!

after losing 136 lbs with diet and exercise I went looking for a PS. A friend referred me to Dr. L. I had an upper body lift in april 2009. For those unfamiliar with the procedure it combines arms, bra fat on sides, underarms, and breast lift. My experience with Dr. LoMonaco was everything a patient could possibly want and much more. I had first class customer service, a surgeon with a fantastic bedside manner, excellent skilled surgeon, with the best results. You would not believe the before and afters! I chose Dr LoMonaco because of his extensive experience with Post Bariatric Weight Loss patients. He is also the PS you see on the show Big Medicine. He also co-authored a book on Post Bariatric plastic surgery. He also teaches. Don't pass him up without giving him a good look folks. You will not find a better skilled surgeon for us with lots of skin issues. As a matter of fact, not too many PS do the upper body lift. Look at his before and afters on the website. Those don't even come close to his best work. I think he puts the more "difficult cases" on the website. Yes, he takes the really difficult cases. And I am scheduled for a LBL soon. Can't wait!
