I absolutely loved Dr. Lomonaco and his staff. I had an extended tummy tuck to remove the excess skin from having 3 rather large babies. I also did some minor lipo on my hips. The moment that I met them I knew that they had my best interest in mind. They are all incredibly informative and helpful throughout the entire process. About 4 days out of surgery I had a concern. I called Dr. Lomonaco on his cell and he helped me.....on a Saturday night! I can't express how happy I am with my results and my experience!

I love Dr. Lomonaco and his entire staff, especially Sally, Janet, Alma, and Shannon. Ater my lapband in November 2008 I lost 100 pounds, and opted for a lower body lift, butt autoaugmentation, brachioplasty, breast lift and augmententation in June 2011. Wonderful work, and was extremely pleased. Then the bottom fell out, and I had to have emergency removal of band in September 2011. This is was very traumatic for me and the general surgeon (not Dr. L) who did the work did an awful job, knowing full well the work I had done. It was like I had my masterpiece, and he came along with a Sharpie and ruined it. Dr. Lomonaco calmed me down and treated me post op, after I also had an incisional hernia from the other doctor's work. Dr. Lomonaco FIXED everything, the hernia and the "railroad track scars" down the middle of my abdomen. He does awesome work, and can fix what someone else broke. He and his staff did a phenomenal job of not just fixing me the first time around, but also fixing me the second time, which also included making me feel good about myself on this roller coaster ride I have been on for the past six months. I recommend he and his staff with five stars. df

LoMonaco and I have to say that after reading all of his positive
reviews I am very pleased with my decision on choosing him to perform
my surgery. The staff is always pleasant every time I go into the
office and even greet me by name as I'm walking into the door. From my
Initial visit until now Dr. LoMonaco listened to what I wanted,
answered all of my questions, and gave me the feedback I needed so that
I would not expect false results for my body type. His work is amazing
and I would definitely recommend him to anyone and have already.

Dr. Lomonaco and his staff are professional, kind, and put you completely at ease. He was extremely gentle with the dermabrasion on my very sensitive skin and it looks great. Janet has continued with my skin care in the same gentle method using laser treatments and microdermabrasion resulting in beautifully smooth looking skin. She is extremely nice, thoughtful, and helpful; suggesting how to care for my aging skin and product usage. AC

On 11/16/2011 I had a lower body lift performed by Dr. LoMonaco. My husband and I visited 3 plastic surgeons and decided Dr L. was the one for me. After 70+ pounds of weight loss I was happy but after surgery I couldn't believe it. Dr. LoMonaco is an ARTIST! A lower body lift is a big surgery but I was so confident in Dr L. and his team that I have pictures of me being wheeled into the O.R. laughing. He and his whole staff make you feel so at ease and comfortable. When he gives you his cell phone number and tells you to call if you need him --HE DOES ANSWER HIS OWN PHONE. After surgery Janet and Sallly called daily to check on me. Janet even called on Christmas Day. My husband says "Dr, L gets an A+". I am 52 and I can't believe how good he has made me look. If you are thinking about plastic surgery do yourself a favor and visit with Dr. LoMonaco you will be glad you did.

Dr LoMonaco peformed an extended abdominoplasty and breast lift/reduction on me during the Christmas holidays. He is very professional, genuine, and has the perfect bedside manner. The staff Sally /Janet/Alma/Melissa/Shannon were professional, and very helpful. They helped me through the whole process by tending to all my needs and answering all of my questions. Janet called me every day after my surgery, even on Christmas day. The atmosphere at Dr. LoMonaco's office is very comfortable and private. I'm very happy with my results and will continue to patron at Dr. LoMonaco's for more services including tattoo removal and lymphatic massages.

After my significant weight loss, I consulted with a number of plastic surgeons, asking for a staged approach to tightening my skin. After meeting Dr LoMonaco and talking with some of his happy patients, I scheduled for him to perform my breast augmentation during the week of Thanksgiving. At my initial consultation Dr. LoMonaco showed me before and after photos of women with similar body types, and he discussed my options: lift vs. augmentation with a recommendation for augmentation. Other doctors only discussed the more invasive procedure. He also sent me home with a book of similar images to discuss the procedure with my spouse and other concerned family members. I had not used surgery to lose the weight, so the idea of plastic surgery was a bit of a sell. I am very happy that I took my spouse to the sizing appointment. When we met with Dr LoMonaco my husband and he discussed the implant material as well as what I wanted most - more proportioned breasts. Even before gaining the weight, they had not been similar in volume. Again, Dr LoMonaco listened to us and worked to achieve a more symmetrical size. The day of the surgery went very well. Every day after surgery until my follow up visit, Janet called and checked on me - even through the Thanksgiving holiday. The office is very busy, but Janet and the doctor both gave me their cell numbers for use when I had questions post-op. I am pleased with Dr LoMonaco and his staff as with my results. I look forward to scheduling a lower body lift with him.

I had my second round of body contouring plastics with Dr. LoMonaco on Nov 2, which included a thigh lift, an arm lift and a few small revisions to my first surgery a year ago. I can only say wonderful things about Dr. LoMonaco and his staff. They are caring, friendly and very professional. I did have some minor complications with this round and as soon as I called them, they were on top of everything from calling in prescriptions to giving detailed instructions on how to care for myself. I live 180 miles away from his office so they kept in constant contact with me by phone. In fact, his nurse Janet even called me on Thanksgiving day and the few days following to check on my progress. My results are wonderful. Thank you Dr. L for giving me my body back.

Dr. LoMonaco is not just an amazing plastic surgeon, he is an artist. I'm completely amazed at the results from my lower body lift and breast lift. Not only is he truly talented, but he also takes great pride in his work. Besides the fact that he spends and incredible amount of time explaining your options, is honest about what results you can expect and is always available when needed, this is emphasized by the fact that he has taken great care in choosing an amazing staff to support him. I feel like all of them-Sally, Janet, Alma, Melissa, Shannon are a huge part of the reason that the whole experience has been so wonderful-from the care and concern that they all exhibit to the excellent pain control to the incredible results that have given me a body that I had never imagined possible.

Dr Lomonaco has preformed breat reduction surgery on me. I had a wonderful experience and great results. Would recommend him to anyone.
