Very thorough. Had several surgeries/ procedures there before so knew what to expect. My only complaint is with one phlebotomist. Otherwise all RNs and nursing assistants were absolutely wonderful. I would highly recommend Beaumont to others!

The place was clean, well equiped and excellently staffed. The nurses were caring, gentle and readily available when I needed anything. The administration was quick, friendly and accomodating during my admission and to my family afterward. And the care here was beyond compare anywhere I've ever been before, either as a patient or as a visitor. This is a first rate facility.

The only problem I had was when they let my roommate's husband stay overnight 2 nights in a semi-private room. He should have been sent home.

I was confident my Dr. would take care of any and all issues that would arise. I was totally UNhappy with the nurse staff, they repeatedly left me hanging. I have never heard of anyone else having a bad experience with them. ONLY LUCKY ME.

The staff at the hospital was outstanding! Anytime I needed anything, they were right there. It was a bit noisy at times though in the halls and with my roommates visitors. I feel they should limit the number of visitors you can have in a room at one time since the rooms are very small. At one time, my roommate had 10 people in the room with her and it became very loud. Other than that, all was well!

I was very pleased with the care that I received during my stay; I had two minor concerns that were effectively dealt with: the first involved an orderly who made a snide remark about my weight while taking me down for my leak test, and the second concern was with the two hour wait for a wheelchair when I was discharged. Other than those two issues, I have no complaints about my hospital stay; my nurses were fantastic, I received pain medication whenever I needed it, and everyone was very attentive to my needs.

Dr.Wagner is a wonderful doctor who I feel saved my life. Im doing good and any time I need him he is right there to answer any questions or to ease my mind about things that I might not feel comfident about at times. I couldn't of had a more carring doctor. The staff is wonderful also I look forword to every visit.

Dr.Wagner and Dr.Rubenfeld are very professional and they both have excellent bedside manner. They were both straight to the point about the advantages and the risk factors to bariatric surgery. The office staff is very nice and helpful to all your needs. Future patients should know that these two doctors are not out just to operate on you. They do everything in their power to make sure that there are as few risks as possible and they emphasize on your well-being as a person/patient. The doctor did talk extensively about aftercare and limitations. I rate these doctors very highly because they are honest and don't glorify the surgery.
