The equipment, especially the bed, was updated and in near-new condition. The only problem I had was the food. When I advanced from the stage 1 to 2, food services didn't serve me stage 2. Not one of my meals was ever correct when I advanced to stage 2 (mashed potatoes and cream soups).

The hospital bill seemed extremely high to me but I suppsoe thats due to insurance companies. They did make a few mistakes in caring for me during my stay but I think most people are aware that you really have to look out for yourself or have someone with you around the clock if you cant care for yourself. IAs for the parking situation, I cant complain too much as they were in the process of remodeling, but the parking situation still hasnt changed much!

They have an entire floor just for wls patients. The staff was great. They care. I have nothing but good memories of my stay.

I had a great stay. The only real problem unfortunately was the the night I was released, I had the nurse from hell, but only had to put up with her for a couple hours, then I got to come home. The rest of the time was great.

Some of the nurses and aids were awesome. A few were less than adequate.

The hospital was pretty great, except the night nurses kept forgetting it was a hospital and were very loud during the night hours. Other than that I think the service was great.
