Stevens Memorial Hospital Hospital

Stevens did not have enough staff on duty to properly care for post-surgical patients during my stay.

The staff at Steven's was the best. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The hospital was neat and clean. I cannot say enough good things about my experience there.

I think they were not aware of what to do with someone in my situation, it is if they did not really know what I was there for. By the way, they are VERY SLOW to respond, took me bugging them for 2 hours to recieve a heating pad.....

98% of the staff who worked with me were wonderful! Only found a couple individuals who were not sensitive and responsive to my post-op needs

I would tell everyone who asked what hospital to pick, i would suggest this hospital because of the careing people.

My only complaint was that we had to find an outside pharmacy to fill my Lortab prescription. The pharmacy in the hospital seems to be for inpatient rx only.

Closer to my home, very nice people, good care.

I didn't care for the care at Stevens.

Steven's was great. The only thing I can really complain about is when my IV infiltrated and it took way too long, and too much fighting to get a pain med by shot. They only gave it to me once.

I really felt comfortable at stevens, they had a bed ready for my mom who stayed with me. They were very friendly and always tried to make me smile even through the first 2 days when all I wanted to do was sleep.
