There are so many positive things! They were more than accomodating for overweight patients - the staff didn't judge, the bed wasn't too small, and they were more than equipped to handle the getting in-and-out of bed.

The only thing I really didn't like was the lack of communication between the nurses. At the shift-changes, I felt I or my husband had to the be the one to fill the new nurses in on the last 6 hours.

I believe the help was as good as you could get. But they sure need to find someone who is up on updating and cleaning

This hospital and it's staff were great. They were very accomodating to me and my family before and after surgery.

Great hospital.Staff was wonderful. Hospital has dedicated an admissions RN to work with Dr. Billings patients. She is great (her name is Sue) and helped several times with small problems. Overnight stay was included with self pay package and was a private room! Great experience.

I was extremely pleased with all my experiences at Stevens Hospital. The staff was always kind, courteous and very helpful.

I thought the staff was wonderful, they were helpfull and were awsome "cheerleaders" when I was walking my "laps"!!!!! My ONLY complaint.....they have horrid pillows, bring your own.......

My stay wasn't bad. The nurses were awesome! I am really happy with my decision to go to this hospital.

The ONLY short coming that I can mention about my stay at Stevens is the night crew nurses.....2 in particular were just horrid! Need better bedside manners there! The one who took out my NG tube was awful....no warning, woke me out of a sound sleep, and WHAM! out comes the NG tube and 1/2 my nose with it! But....other than her short comings, my stay was wonderful.....all the other nurses were so supportive and friendly and compassionate. Top marks for Stevens!!!
