Dr. Quilici was very nice, friendly and informative.
He had performed the surgery on my roommate with great sucess. The team that works with his are great. Dr. Tovar is great. He did my post surgical check-ups. He answered all of my questions and is very nice. Sally Meyers is the dietician. She is wonderful. She sees patients everyday of the week and has always responded to my emails whenever I've had a question. I feel very comfortable calling the office if I have any questions or concerns.

Once I entered the hospital, the only time I saw him was right before the surgery. His bedside manner was kind and sensistive. I'd rate him a 10.

One thing I would say to future patients. Plan on waiting an hour to see him at the office. They usually run at least an hour late sometimes more.

Did have to wait awhile to get up after surgery. Much was happening on that floor at the time. After that, fine.

I have known Dr. Quilici for several years as I am a RN in one of the hospital he has priviledges. He is a perfectionist, which is great in a surgeon. The nurses I work with have only good things to say about him. He can be a little high strung, but his good looks help you forget that. His partner, Dr. Tovar, is mellow, and he is also easy on the eyes. The office staff is pleasant, however, most of the time you have to wait over an hour to see him. So make your appointment as early as possible, and try and be one of the first ones in. There is a very structured aftercare program. Because I was approved so quickly and was able to schedule my surgery two weeks after I was approved, I have not yet attended a support group meeting. Dr. Quilici provides you with a three-ring binder detailing the operation, follow up, the entire programm. He also has a very informative website.

I had read many review of Dr. Quilici, and chose him because of his location (near my home) and the positive reviews on this website about him. Mostly, Not one of his patients has died from the WLS procedure that he has performed. He has been performing this type of surgery for years. And,Dr. Quilici performs this surgery in about an hour, that means, less time under anesthsia.

Dr Quilici was fantastic.

He is all business and straight forward.
I have had very little trouble from the incisions or surgery.

I was up and walking within four hours after surgery.

Sally (the Coordingator and Nutritionist is fantastic.and BRain is great.

I am doing great and have very little problems.

I keep going to the aftercare meetings
which are great and informative.

The care at Cedar Sinai was fantastic.

I was in the Celebrity area because I guess there weren't any celebrities there.

TEEEE HEEEE.

I was released 2 days later and walked
to my daughters car.

Dr Quilici had preformed surgery on me before so I knew that I was in competent hands -- surgical competence is more important to me than bedside manner. He provides you with a WLS notebook that contains the risks, lifestyle changes, etc., everything you need to know to make an informed decision. His office offers support groups for pre and post op patients. These support groups are an excellent way to learn firsthand about the surgery and the results as well as side effects. His staff is incredible and always available to help finalize last minute details and answer questions. Overall I would rate him and his staff a 10+.

Dr. Quilici is a great doctor and he has a great staff. Sally, the bariatric coordinator and nutritionist, is great and always ready to answer any questions you might have. Pearl is also very helpful and always is very friendly when I go in for my checkups.
Dr. Tovar who performs the surgeries alongside Dr. Quilici was the one who did my followups in the hospital after the surgery while Brian, physician assistant, has been seeing me since I was discharged. Both are very nice.
The wait (in the waiting room) is long for every appointment I have had so far but now I go prepared with reading material and water so it isn't too bad.
