my first impression of Dr.Needleman was that he is very nice, and professional.rnrnI am not to happy with the staff at OSU. the in office staff has been good so far.rnrn
OSu was a great exiperence for me. All the staff was great to my needs and family. I had a private room from all the visitors that I had. My room stayed very cleans by housekeeping. When ever I needed anything the staff was there and answer all my questions. All the days I was there Dr. Cook came by and seen me and that let me know he care.
He was extremely friendly. Very knowledgeable. Informed me of the pros and cons. Personable. My first impression was just reassured. His office staff was very professional and friendly. My 1st follow up is already scheduled. I have received various sources of information from his office and staff. He was very forward about the risks, but was friendly about it. Dr. Needleman I would rate a 9. Both his surgical competence and bedside manner were great. rnrnThe only negative was from my family after my surgery. They stated he was short about everything, but was to the point about it. The would have liked for him to give a little more detail and more talkative about everything.
I was in a room near the nurses station - NOISY if the door was open (yep, I'd call and ask them to close it for me). I also had one nurse who I didn't care for, so I requested she not be my nurse after one shift with her. The other staff was ALL wonderful...if not for the one nurse, I would rate this whole experience as near perfect.
Everything was great except at weigh-in before surgery. Their scale did not go up to my weight or would not find it, which was 343.6 (at least that is what I think it was). Staff was great and met all of my immediate needs. I would definitely recommend this hospital to others having this surgery.
Dr Needleman is the sweetest person. He makes you feel good about your self. He is so kind. His staff is so helpful and always wants to be there for you. He told me the good and bad about this surgery at our first meeting and let me make up my mind. He had me back in just a few weeks and three mo and six months, I wil go back in one year. I feel I am getting very good care. You can call his office anytime and they will help you. I can not say enough good things about Dr Needleman.
Dr. Needleman is awesome. The first time I met him was when my dad had his WLS. During my dad's surgery there was complications and Dr. Needlman showed what a big heart he has. As a side note on my father he is doing awesome and lost 190 pounds since April 04. Dr. Needleman's admin (Suzy ) is very friendly and very prompt on follow ups.rnI don't have issues with him. The OSU program is very extensive from the start and seems to be after surgery.
Dr. Needleman is a wonderful surgeon. I did not feel rushed when I met him or for any of my other visits. He has an air of confidence about him. Despite being very overweight he was able to do my surgery laposcrapy. The OSU program is very complete and informative. I'd highly recommend him and the program.
Dr. Neeleman and the Ohio State University were wonderful! Dr. Needleman was very informative and wanted to be sure that I knew everything I needed to know and that I was sure about the surgery. He was absolutely sure I would be 100% pleased with my surgery and he was right! The before and after care programs that were offered by OSU were great! They make sure you are ready physically, mentally and emotionally! One a scale of 1 - 10, I would give Dr. Needlemand and the OSU program a 10!! Way to go!!!
