I had a very good experience at this stay with all who worked there . No matter the problem , they were quick to help . NO complaints from me .

the staff sucks.....i had nurse hater the first night and she was a witch in a nurses uniform

If you get a chance to register for the "Woman Plus" program (it's free on their website); do it. This gives you free parking everday and a free meal for your guest everyday while your in the hospital. I was very impressed with the hospital and the employees. 2 of my nurses had even had WLS at this hospital.

The nurses at Methodist are absolute angels! These ladies know exactly what they are doing. They deal with bariatric patients and make you feel very comfortable, well as comfy as you can be after surgery...They are a world of encouragement!!!!

Excellent Hospital. If you plan to have surgery here and attend support group meetings there, I recommend you go to www.sahealth.com and join so that you can get free parking.

The stay was a good as could be considering. I had wonderful nurses with the exception of two very unpleasant ones. But I do think that those two were just not people persons and maybe not very experienced. Other than than I could not have asked for better care. The only complaint I had was the location of my room (it was next to the nurses stations, which could be a good thing), it was loud day and night and I never got any sleep. Then during the day when it was quiet enought to sleep they wanted me up and walking and I was totally exhausted. But I guess they got enough rest so they figured I should have. Actually the walking part wasn't that bad and I have to say that the place was VERY CLEAN!
