My first impression of Doctor Trieu was that he is a compassionate man that cares about his patients. The office staff at The Bariatric Center is top notch. They gladly answer any question you have and return your calls promptly.
Future patients should not hestitate about their decision to have Dr. Trieu as their surgeon. He does a fantastic job. The Bariatric Center provised a guide book on before and after guidlines to follow so there is no questions.
Overall, I would highly recommend Dr. Trieu and The Bariatric Center for your bariatric surgery.
My first impression of Dr. Trieu, was that he is a very knowledgeable. He had a great relationship with a prior patient that was at the seminar. Unlike most doctors that forget your name if it is not written on the file. I have seen him 4 or 5 times now and he is very kind and caring. The office staff make you feel like you are the only one that they have to take care of. Lori is wonderful and has cired right along with me as well as the receptionist Pat. To me surgical competence is way more important than bedside manner. That is what family and friends are for.
My first impression is that he is very knowledgeable. He was very upfront with me in that I am not a canidate for Lapband and was patient in answering my questions.rnrnI have had my pre-op visit with Dr Trieu and I am still very confident with his ability. He is very patient with all my questions and took the time to make sure that all my questions got answered. rnrn His office staff have been great and very understanding of how difficult it is to wait for this surgery. They have never made me feel that my calls are a unwelcome.rnrnAfter care is strongly stressed. Follow ups with him, the Nutrionist, and trainer are all \"required\". rnrnI have not found anything negative about Dr Trieu or his office up to this point.rnrnThese are just my personal impressions of my own personal experience and I am making no statements about what other people may experience.
My first impression of Dr. Trieu was at the WLS seminar I attended in August 2007. He seemed very personable and was willing to answer any questions - even some that seemed \"out there\" to me (like the lady who asked, \"If I'm determined to kill myself smoking cigarettes, how soon can I begin again after surgery?\"). rnrnWhen I saw Dr. Trieu in his office for my initial consult, he was very informative and patient about answering questions.rnrn3/14/08 Update: I saw Dr. Trieu for my final consult today. He was very patient and answered all of my questions. I never felt like he was in a hurry, even though I know he arrived at the office at least 15 minutes late (if I was his first appointment), as I saw him come hurrying in. He seemed very confident in his ability to do laparoscopic surgery, even on very large patients. I guess if you have to have surgery, better a confident surgeon than a nervous one!
I immediately liked my Dr. He was very informative and very casual which I liked about him. He seemed very confident . He was very personal and we seemed to have a good rapport. I have seen him again for my first fill and he was very gentle and informative. I would recommend him to anyone who is looking for a surgeon .
