Loyola's staff treated me with medical professionalism and respect and dignity. I have now switched all of my Physicians to Physicians from Loyola.

Treatment was just acceptable. I did not feel a lot of personal consideration for my concerns. I had to beg to get out of bed the first time. I was told for 6 hours that they didn't have enough help ( this was in the step-down unit!) I asked to just roll over and was told they didn't have enough pillows. Treatment in the regular room was much better and more considerate. I think that the hospital meets the needs, however, much improvement is needed on quality.

I loved loyola, and I especially loved my dr. and his residents. If ever I become a canidate for a tummy tuck, I will have it preformed at loyola.

The surgeon did not take the time need with me. The nursing staff acted as if anything they had to do was a chore and a bother. The cleanliness of the hospital left a lot to be desired.
