I am glad Dr. Toder did my surgery. i would recommend Dr. Toder to others. She explained how the surgery was going to go. rnrnShe desires to see me & all her patients follow the foodplan & exercise, and get & stay at their goal.rnrnShe's a caring & upfront doctor, that tells it like it is. I am glad she did my Laproscopic Bypass:-)rnrnNo, I don't have anything negative to say about Dr. Toder

Right off the bat I felt comfortable with Dr St Jean. He is not only very competent but also has a great bedside manner. He listens when I talk and makes follow up visits enjoyable. I would (and do) recommend him to anyone in this area interested in surgery.

All of the staff I encountered were kind, knowledgeable and considerate of obese patient's needs. I was on Merritt #, across from the nurse station- VERY NOISY, day, night it didn't matter. There are ear plugs provided in the patient hygeine kit which my nurse found when I requested some.

WONDERFUL!! I felt completely safe and I trusted her, literally, with my life. Staff is great, she had great advice- and I would certainly give her a 10 out of 10!

My impression of Dr. Michelle Toder, Eastern Maine Medical Center, Bangor Me. was that she was direct and to the point. rnrnAfter my initial consult with her, I could see that she was going to be the doctor for me. She is direct, and to the point, but she also took time to be sure I knew what to expect. She explained the risks, and possible complications. rnrnDr. Toder is often a guest speaker at our monthy support group to post ops. and people considering WLS. rnrn

It was a great experience all the way around, the only negative I had was having two different weird room mates in the semi private room.

My first visit with Dr. Toder provided me with the confidence that I had chosen the right physician. She is professional, detailed, and has the experience required. She provided me options, her recommendation and the appropriate rationale, and told me no matter what procedure I chose she would support me 100%.
