Thomas Streeter Bariatric Surgeon MD, FACS

I liked Dr. Streeter. He has a nice team that keeps you well-informed and support groups. He is very concise, tells you direct information and doesn't waste time on other topics where there are experts on his team to help (pyschologists, nurse practitioners and nutritionists). I highly recommend him if you are looking for this type of surgery.

Dr. Streeter was great, as was his whole team! (including PA's, NP's, and nurses.) I was very pleased with the care at Tobey Hospital -everyone was so kind and caring, and they really made me feel like I was special and not just one of many. They also have an excellent bariatric program and really have everything down pat, so there are no questions about what you should or shouldn't do. I felt very comfortable there and felt like I've been in good hands in my time there.

Dr. Streeter is very serious about helping people with weight loss. He is a man of few words but answers all questions and concerns honestly and with care. I felt very comfortable with him and my follow-ups have been regularly encouraging. When I have voiced a problem or concern with the program or staff, I only had to mention it once and it was taken care of. This practice truly cares and listens to its clients.

I loved Dr. Streeter a man of few words but did a great job on me and I loved his bow ties...well my surgery went well ..when I awoke I was out of it but my recovery once out of intensive care was good I felt good only needed the pain meds at home maybe 3 days..

.May 25 & 26 2010, I just had Plastic surgery with Dr. Rene B. O'Sullivan out of Wellsely Ma. at The Beth Isreal Deaconess Hospital, in Needham, Ma. and I had a Pannulectomy and breast reduction done. the breast reduction is tough..the healing is itchy and tigh..the panni is good the drains are a pain in the pooper..well I'm very happy with the way I look so far..can't wait for the swelling to go down ..

Dr. Streeter was a great surgeon. He was very informative about the risks of surgery, and the benefits. My first impression was that he was very abrupt and to the point. He does not have the best bedside manner, however I have nothing negative to say about his surgical competence. rnrn

Dr. Streeter is very nice & straight to the point. Everyone I have encountered at his office thus far have been really nice. I was given a great informational sheet outlining everything that I will need to do prior to surgery. So far, so good!!rnrnDr. Streeter did an excellent job on my surgery and told me my case couldn't have gone any better!! as I said before, he is nice, straight forward & a great surgeon!!

Dr. Streeter has been my surgeon about 18 yrs. I think very fondly of this man. He saved my life many years ago. He is straight to the point. But when you get to know him, you do see him smile. He has a cute smile :) He has an awsome staff. I know almost everyone of them personally. He sometimes doesn't know his own strength. He tends to push hard on the surgery site LOL I give him a 8.5 overall. I would not have anyone else do this surgery, ever. rnAgain, he will saving my life! :) how do I ever thank him? rnI'm not saying he doesn't get upset. He does. when things don't go the way he wants and expects them to, he tends to get upset. Just make sure you ask him what you want to know, he will answer.

Dr. Streeter was wonderful. He is very nice and easy to talk to. There office is very nice and everyone in the office is so awsome. Dr. Streeter listens and has a wonderful aftercare program and make sure you come in for your appointments, I am pleased with the doctor and everyone in the office. They have been wonderful in every way possible.

I have been very pleased so far with the ease and kindness of all parties involved in Dr. Streeters office including Dr. Streeter himself. They have been very patient, informative, kind, and have made me feel very comfortable with my decision to have Gastric Bypass Surgery.
