Sunil Bhoyrul Bariatric Surgeon M.D.

Dr. Bhoyrul is a very sensitive and intelligent doctor. His office staff are very friendly and helpful. I would rate Dr. Bhoyrul as a 10 out of 10. I would highly recommend Dr. Bhoyrul to anyone who is considering surgery.

My first impression of Dr. Bhoyrul was just like everyone else has said! Ever so pleasant! He is so compassionate and is a great doctor! His whole staff is wonderful they are very kind and sweet!

I am VERY glad I chose him as my surgeon, he is genuinely one of the best doctors I have ever met! He didn't talk down to me or make me feel uncomfortable. I have met some doctors that tell you it is your fault that you have gained the weight and that you should know better, but Dr. Bhoyrul is not like that. He wants you to know that he is there to help you and that in order for this all to work we have to work together and we all have to do our part. I am yet to have my surgery but am scheduled 2 weeks from now.

He does emphasize all the work it has takes to get where one needs to get. He was very informative of the procedure as well as the risks,and he also discussed with me his techniques which he uses.

I rate him 10 out of 10! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND him! He is very kind and intelligent! He has a very welcoming approach to him and is very professional!

My first impression of DR. Bhoyrul was a great one he was willing to answer all of my questions and gave me honest answers. He is very personable and VERY easy to talk to. His office staff was equally helpful. At first i must have called at least 2 times a day and they made me feel at ease and were able to answer all of mt CRAZY questions!!!Since the surgery everyone at the office has been amazing. DR. Bhoyrul made sure I well informed about the surgery. I would rate him and his staff a 10!!! I HIGHLY recommend DR. BHOYRUL!!! I have nothing negative to report about my entire experience with him and his office staff!!!

Dr. Bhoyrul is absolutely OUTSTANDING IN EVERY WAY!! If you sat down to design yourself a surgeon, he is exactly what you'd come up with. I was facing a very difficult revision from LapBand to RNY, but I sailed through. He is kind, patient, friendly, skilled, warm, caring and sweet! If you're lucky enough to meet him, you'll see right away why he's getting these rave reviews!!!

My surgeon was great. He was very caring and comforting and made my surgery go smoothly for me. I appreciated his office staff (they even visited me in the hospital) The thing that future patients should know about him is that he is there for you! No doubt about it. Overall I would rate him up there with the best.

Dr. Bhiyrul is a fanastic surgeon! He is very personable in the office and very excited for his patients to be achieving their weight loss goals. He wants once a month follow-up visits to monitor your weight loss and overall health. He is supportive and encouraging. His staff is very friendly and helpful as well. He is committed to helping people who are willing to show their committment (losing weight before surgery is scheduled). My Lap-Band surgery took about 30 minutes and I was out of the hospital in 24 hours. Best thing I've ever done and completely satisfied with my choice of surgeon. I really have no negative comments.

Good first impression and my impression has not changed. I was right the first time. He was the best choice. His office staff are friendly, knowledgable, and professional. I disliked that sometimes he was abrupt. I do know that he is busy, but I like talking about things and sometimes he was quick to exit. He emphasized a great deal about aftercare and follow up. He has a well structured aftercare program. Dr. Bhoyrul explained all of the risks and make sure that I understood them completely. He rates a 9.9 (no one is perfect). BOTH surgical competence and bedside manner are necessary. Although surgical competence is unfortunately more important, you can have your cake and eat it too (sorry about that, couldn't help it) when your doctor also possesses a good bedside manner.
