Dr Randall is great. He is a caring man who knows what he is doing. The office staff and support staff (nutrition, psychologist) are wonderful. They are all very experienced and proactive in educating me for what I needed to prepare for pre-op. I really don't have anything negative to say. Highly recommended.
Dr. Randal is great, he called me at one night, after I sent an E mail to his practice. I know he cares!
He was patient, and understanding, yet firm.
I feel very comfortable with him. I am confidant he is a great surgeoun, and I would not trust another at this point.
Office staff is GREAT
My First Impression Of Dr.Randall was wow he is a smart guy and he has crazy confidence in himself. Over time i became more confident with him and i absolutely love him. He is amazing and i would never let anyone but him touch me or put me under. I felt completely safe and in good hands. I love this man he is soo cute... and one thing my mom and i talk about all the time is how soft his hands are!haha.. His team is awsome way down to his office staff, Shirly is very nice and Kate the office manager is so caring and great as well. This staff and team is so caring, they really care about you and want to see you succeed. Dr.Randall is sweet, funny, nice and straight forward. He is by far the best in the field. He emphasizes after care to the point! He is very structured and well organized. He explained the risks of surgery clearly. I would rate him as the best not one flaw. If you have a problem and you page him if he is around her get back to you in seconds. I called him twice on the weekend and he called back within Seconds of me hanging the phone up. He is unbelievable and i recomend him to everyone!
I picked Dr. Randall because my best friends aunt went thru him. As soon as I got to the office I was welcomed with nothing but niceness from the secretarys and the dr himself. I would definetly recommend him!
This doctor is the most caring, hands on dr. I've ever met, even his staff is really nice.
Not 1 problem, medically or otherwise. I was bad & only did 1 follow up, but I didn't need it, he was perfect.
My first impression of Dr. Randall was great. He was very informative...he wants to answer all of your questions....he answered most of mine befor I even asked them! His office staff was super, super nice and seem to want to help in any way possible. I feel very confident in my choice with him as my surgeon. He has 20 years of experience and a low number of complications...and he's willing to share all this info with you......he was wonderful!
All I can say is he is great! He was so nice and very informative when my husband and I first met him - I was still a little uneasy about everything but he assured me and was super! He has a great personality, easy to talk to and I really felt like he was listening to my concerns and cared about me (and a lot of doctors do not). I had met other doctors, but I chose Dr. Randall and am very happy.
My first impression of him was that he was really nice but very busy. His office staff is very helpful. After having the surgery though i felt he was just very supportive and made sure i was comfortable in the hospital. He is genuinely kind and makes every effort to support and encourage his patients. He is a great surgeon and has a great bedside manner to boot.
My first impression of Dr. Randall was someone that cares deeply for and undertsands what his patients are going through. Also that he is a very humble and unselfish man, someone that does not do his job for the recognition but for the sole purpose of making life and health better for his patients.
My impression of him has only gotten stronger, I have never seen anyone so dedicated as Dr. Randall. Any time of day, any day of the week if you need him he is there for you.
Dr. Randall's Office staff is just as compassionate and understanding as well as helpful as he is.
I can honestly say that there is nothing that I do not like about this wonderful man.
Future Patients should know that when you go see Dr. Randall be prepared to be fully educated about this life changing event that you are about to go through, He is very insistent on his patients being well informed as well as going through the psych tests and the nutrition appointments. But you could not be in better or more experienced hands.
Aftercare is the most important thing to Dr. Randall, especially the support group meetings, He wants all of his patients to be successful in this journey and also to be able to see the different ways that people come out of this surgery.
Dr. Randall has one of the most structured aftercare programs that I have seen, his support group meets every month and he does extensive post op appointments to make sure that everything has gone well.
Dr. Randall is very straight forward about all of the risks of surgery, any question that you may have he is not afraid to answer.
I would rate him as the most wonderful, educated and experienced Dr. that I have seen, and I researched this surgery for two years before choosing my Dr.
I believe that both surgical competence and bedside manner play a major roll in both the healing process as well as the pre op process, who wants to go through such a life changing experience if the Dr. and staff that you are going to don't seem to care about their patients or do not seem to know everything there is to know.
The only thing that I found to be lacking is the nursing staff could definetly be more informed about what the gastric bypass patients are going through, the are not all totally lacking compassion but they are definetly working in that at the particular hospital that i was in, Some of the nurses just seemed that they could really care less.
