Dr. Robin Blackstone is a wonderful surgeon. She cares for her patients and it shows in the time she takes to answer questions, give a warm smile, and comforting touch.rnrnHer office staff are there at all times for any questions big or small. Regardless of how silly you may think the question is they take the time to answer it in a clear and complete way.
Dr Blacksone was the most genuine, caring doctor I have ever met. I went to a seminar her clinic held in Tucson. I was so impressed I couldn't wait for my first \"official\" meeting. She is very easy to talk to and really listens to your concerns. Her entire office staff is very caring and helpful. I never felt hurried, never felt I was being a bother with my phone calls. They stress aftercare and support groups as a necessity, go over the risks of surgery and stress it's not a cure all, just a tool for you to use. There is nothing bad I can say about any of them. Dr Blacksone is just a terrific person and her office staff reflects her care towards her patients.
Dr. Blackstone is amazing! She is very straight forward and does not beat around the bush for anything. She is extremely warm and caring and really takes an interest in each patient and their needs and concerns. Not only did she set me at ease, but she also cared enough to talk to my parents and ease their concerns as well. I would recommend her to anyone considering having surgery. Dr. Blackstone and her staff are the best!
Dr. Blackstone has an excellent bedside manner, she is very attentive, knowledgeable and encouraging. Her surgery nurse, Melissa is excellent. The pre-op and after care programs are extremely comprehensive and highly structured to insure long term success. My hospital stay has been excellent, I am on a bariatric floor in a single room receiveing great care from the nursing staff, not to mention the fact that Blackstone provides us with one free spa treatment.... the massage was wonderful.
So far I have only \"met\" Dr. Blackstone at the seminar but she seemed very knowledgable and nice. Most of the office staff has been friendly.rnrn
Dr. blcakstone is ther greatest... my surgery was just a little over an hour and then i was up and walking a few hours later. i cant believe how freindly and knowledgable she is and her assistant melissa is the best .
Dr. Blackstone impressed me a great deal! Not only was she educational, informing, friendly and kind to you... but also the same way to your family. She has been truely my lifesaver.rnShe really cares about you as a individual and came by each day after surgery to check on you. Dr. Blackstone communicated every step to me and my family and we appreciated that so much. rnThe entire medical team was excellent and you knew they really care about your success. rnrn
What can you say about Dr. Robin Blackstone that has not been said already? She truly cares on a personal level about each and every one of her patients. She is down to earth and not uppity at all. Her staff is the same way. Future patients should know that the Doctor means what she says, and expects all of her patients to be honest and up front about all issues having to do with their Obesity Surgery. The Doctor's pre-surgery and complete aftercare programs are so very important and Dr. Blackstone and her staff stressed how important they are to our complete recovery process. She wants all of us to feel comfortable and able to ask anything that we might be concerned about having to do with her complete program. She also wants to make sure we understand all the risks on having the surgery and the after effects when the surgery has been completed. As for a rating, she is a 10+ and I would recommend her to everyone that is even considering having Obesity Surgery. She is upbeat and cheerful and made me feel like I could do anything before and after the surgery.
