My first impression of Dr.Baker was a very caring and concerned about my well being. My impression never changed about him. He only wanted the best for me. rnThe whole staff is wonderful. They make a great TEAM. They are very dedicated professionals.Every time I have a question they are answered very quickly. When I needed a procedure it was done as soon as possible. The office staff is really nice and try to help as much as possible. The store at the office has so many differnt foods to choose from. The office is new and very nice. rnIf I ever have any problems relating to my gastric bypass, someone is always there day and night.rnThe after care is very important. Listening to the instructions and following them is so important. Keeping future appointment is the best thing to do.rnDr. Baker went over the risk of the surgery.rnDr. Baker and the team do the best they can do. As far as the last question. Both are great.
When I first met him I was surprised at how pleasant and warm he was. His office staff is equally as friendly and warm. I'm happy that I chose this surgeon and practice. I'm confident that I will get excellent care before, during, and after surgery.
I met with Dr. Baker for my initial consultation before surgery. He was very kind and answered all of my questions patiently. I have heard only good things about Dr. Baker including the fact that he is a committed Christian. A friend of mine who had her WLS in May 2004 recommended Dr. Baker. I believe that he is the best choice for my WL surgery for the following reasons: 1.) He has all the medical and surgical qualifications. 2.) He will not be practicing on me...he has performed over 1000 Bariatric procedures. 3.) The most important to me is that the hands that guide Dr. Bakers Hands are those of the great physician himself my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Very professional and has an unbelieveable staff supporting his practice. They are the complete Bariatric practice. Theysupport all areas of before surgery to after surgery support in the areas of psycholoy, Diet, exercise and medical. I would recommend this practice to anyone.
I did a great deal of research before selecting a surgeon and am very happy to have selected Dr. Baker. He comes across as very passionate about what he does (yes - gastric bypass surgery is all he does) and takes great pride in helping others overcome their weight loss struggles. His staff is very good as well - I have not met anyone that I didn't like instantly. They are all dedicated to making you - the patient - feel comfortable.
My first iimpression of Dr. Baker was that he was truly a caring person and took time with me. Very friendly and warm person. The office is busy but staff seems very friendly. Dr Baker is a christian. I read up on the internet about him and where he went to school, his works etc. I would rate him a 10. Of course he is the only bariatric doctor I actually met.
I had my surgery March 26, 2008. Dr. Baker and his entire staff are the greatest. He is always willing to answer my questions, even the stupid ones. I would highly recommend him.
4/23 - met Dr Baker for the first time today. He seemed to be a wonderful caring doctor, very encouraging and reassuring. I have been going to his office for the medical weight loss program so the office staff already knew me. They handle everying in a timely manner, even as busy as they are, and they always make you feel like you count.rnrn5/1 - Had to have an EGD with Dr Baker today. It went wonderful, no pain afterwards. rnrn5/12 - I had my preop appt today and met a PA. He was very funny and tried to lighten things up a big for me. He was very helpful in making me feel more at ease. The office staff are very helpful too. rnrn5/27 - I am 1 week postop, and Dr Baker was wonderful. He was running early for sugery, and I was really scared, but he took my hand and said they would take care of me, and said a prayer with me. After that I knew everything would be just fine - and it was. He is a very nice/excellent surgeon. Would recommend him to anyone.
