Dr. LePort was fabulous! He answered all my questions very honestly. His staff is excellent. He made me feel very at ease. He addressed all risks of the surgery...ALL of them, and made sure I understood everything that he said.

The program at Smart Dimesions is great. It was very thorough and professional. His aftercare program is great. The office has support groups weekly and can help with any problem big or small.

The day before my surgery I was notified that my surgeon couldn't perform my operation. Dr. LePort offered to do it instead and made sure that I felt completely comfortable with him and switching surgeons so late in the process.

I would recommend this office and all the staff.

My doctor is Dr. Whyte he is newest to Dr LePort's office but let me tell you he is very understanding and makes you feel like you are his only patient he really listens and appears to really care about his patients if you havent picked a surgeoin please pick Dr. Whyte he is one of the nicest down to earth doctors I have ever met.
I must say that the office staff at Dr. LePorts office is awesome and they treat you like Gold.

Dr. Whyte addressed all risks and gave me the option to even choose another surgeon and thats why I chose him cause he is so darn sweet.

Dr. LePort was focused and ready to answer my questions -- I felt assured.
I actually grew to like him more over time -- perhaps "like" isn't the right word -- I grew to trust him.
I liked all his office staff -- efficient and decent. They are also VERY busy, so be prepared to leave a message.
Dr. LePort is very busy, so it was hard to actually see him for follow-up.
He's serious about this surgery and will give it to you straight. He also performs only RNY (open and lap).
Dr. LePort's office and he himself emphasizes aftercare and offers a monthly support group which they really want you to join.
Dr.LePort was very straight-forward about the risks associated with the surgery. That's what made me wait over two years before I knew I was ready to die.
I give Dr. LePort the best rating possible!
His surgical competence is renown and his beside manner is decent.

This group of surgeons are very efficient and well prepared to handle wls. The office is efficent and organized. They keep you posted at every turn. They are the most professional group of medical professionals I have experienced.

He was wonderful! Caring and very well skilled. I could not of been in better hands! I had complete confidence in his skills and medical background. I went into my surgery in peace, knowing that I had done my homework, and had one of the finest surgeons in the bariatic field! I would highly recommend Dr. Leport.

1/9/04. i met with dr.le port and the staff at lite dimensions and thought they were all great.

I attended the doctor/patient orientation class with Dr. LePort and found him to be humorous and informative. He seemed to be a man with a dry sense of humor.
My husband and I had an appointment with Dr. LePort in November. He is very cut and dry. I appreciate this type of approach. I didn't need him to answer too many questions because of all of the research that I have done. His office staff has been informative and patient. They have the info! Michelle King at Smart Dimensions has guided me from day one. I really appreciate her!
Dr. LePort emphasizes attending support group meetings. I had to attend a nutrition class in order to have my surgery. He went over the possible risks of the surgery. His office, Michelle went over the risks of the surgery in detail.

Dr La Port did a great job and his staff is very caring. I can't say anything but good things.

Dr. LePort is a very straight forward doctor and had answered all my questions completely. I had alot of anxiety about this surgery since I had undergone a stomach stapling about 18 years ago. I had a great deal of pain after the surgery. He put me at ease telling me there still would be pain but that medicine and procedures had improved greatly in the last 18 years. I also asked questions about the success of the surgery. He was very sincere and post-op I did great just as he said. I would give a very high rating to DR. LePort and recommend him to anyone who is especially having a revision done.

I will meet Dr. LePort on Sept 2. He will do my surgery on Sept 24th. Met Dr. LePort yesterday. Very busy office. Spoke and met a lot of people, must say not like a regular Dr. Office, Obese people are much more friendly LOL. The wait was long, but enjoyed the company. I really liked Dr. LePort, He seems very kind and I am confident he will do a great job. He went over the risks, importance of not overeating and aftercare. Gave me his attention for any questions and actually seemed concerned about my wait, wow that has never happened in a Dr. Office lol.
