I am pleased with my excellant care I receive with Dr. Billing. I would do it all over again in a second if I had to. I am pretty pickey about my docs sense I work with many and would not have choosen a better one. The staff is also great and they make you feel like your part of the family almost. I have had friends that have went else where before me and they don't get the extra support and great care that we do. They don't even have continue nurtrition visits or anything infact it was a one time seminar for nutrition and that was it. She wishes she had known about her choices now that I have had mine.

Dr. Billing is great! He is so caring and makes you feel so secure about everything that is going on. He explains everything that will be done so that you completely understand it. When you go to his office it doesn't feel like "going to the doctor", it feels like going to a family members house where everyone truly cares about you.

Dr Billing is GREAT, and his staff is AWESOME! They all make you feel so comfortable and important. I have never once felt rushed and they are always happy to take questions.

I was very pleased with the care and concern that was provided me by both Dr. Billings and his staff. It truely feels that you our their patient not only before but after as well. I feel that I was provided all necessary information to make a informed decision for the surgery given all risks and complications as well as the expectations and the fact that this is your surgery and not to be compared to others, we are all individuals. I love the way everyone at the office from the doctor on down treats each patient with a tremendous amount of respect. They speak in lay-man terms so that you understand completely and let you know your sucess is theirs as well. The only thing I would comment on is that the clinic is very busy at times and they may take more time to get back to you or you may need to call again however it is my understanding that this is being worked on as they move forward to a new clinic.

I am 100% satisfied with Dr. Billing and his staff. All the folks in the office are great and this has been such an outstanding experience. I am just a few weeks out, but I have a great deal of confidence in Dr. Billing and his staff. I have to be honest, the main reason I picked Dr. Billing was that his office works well with United Healthcare (my insurance provider), but now I understand that this should not have been my main concern. Rather, having a surgeon like Dr. Billing should have been my highest priority. Thank you Dr. Billing.

I met Dr. Billing in 2001 when he was working at Mercy Hospital in Moose Lake, MN. He is very gracious and understanding. He is very sympathetic to the plight of the morbidly obese.
Dr. Billing performed my surgery on July 31, 2002. There were a lot of politics slowing procedures up at the hospital during that time, and things were very stressful for both patients and doctors. Dr. Billing was always very professional and helpful.
During my recovery I developed a stricture on my suture line and an ulcer in my pouch. Dr. Billing always made himself and his support staff available to me no matter what I needed. I never felt alone or disconnected from my surgeon.
Deciding to have gastric bypass is a HUGE step towards a new life...Dr. Billing will help you make that step.

Hi there, I am Denise (twosilly)...
Dr Billing and i met before Christmas of O4. I came in and met Melanie in about November 04. Because I am in the health industry, I had studied both the RNY and the Non ajustable band, before finding out about the adjustable band. Dr Billing and Dr Landercomb talked to me about risks, about my low Thyroid counts, my being diabetic and I felt I was in very good hands.

Since that first visit with both Dr's I have grown to realize that in their book it really matters that I find health through weight loss. The office staff is growing and I never feel i am dealing with "the b*(&th" on the end of the phone. When I have needed help, (unfill emergancy) it was done that day, even after hours. See? It mattered to them, my comfort.

If your looking into the Lapband, just know that Dr Billing will treat you like one of his own family. Sometimes he might have to be strict with you, but the best Dr's are Honest Dr's.!

The aftercare of the program is part of the reason I have gone from a size 26 to a 16 ish.... I feel I am healthy and not loosing Muscle. When I "trip" Melanie will dust me off and stand me back up with a winning smile. Dr Billing is always close to listen, and make time for me.
If I had to have any other surgeries I would call on Dr Billing and Dr Landercomb to help me, as I feel I didnt just loose weight, but I have gained 2 surgeons ! The girls have my email on the side of their computer if anyone wants to email me seperate for more personal questions !

My hat’s off to a wonderful Doctor who brought a surgery to us that gave me my life back. As each day goes by and I’m running up and down the sidelines of the football field, or running to a baseball game, etc, I know without a doubt that I would do it all over again.
