I immediately Liked Dr Jawad, and felt my life would be in the hands of a true professional Doctor.rnrnNothing was sugar coated, only the honest to goodness truth was spoken. Dr. Jawad is very quiet and unassuming. However, this does not hide the fact that he is very caring. He will spend as much time with you as you need and honestly answers any questions you may have. I have always felt comfortable and safe with Dr. Jawad. He knows exactly what he is doing and has MUCH experience in the field of wls. Some think he is very strict and a stickler for aftercare, but you must realize that he has only your wellbeing in mind. I highly recommend Dr. Jawad to anyone comtemplating wls. You couldn't be in better or more competent hands.rnHis staff is friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. If they don't have the answer to your question, they'll get it for you in 24 hrs! And their insurance staff is aces!! They'll do their best to get your qualified in a timely manner.rnIf I had to do it over again, I would definitely want Dr. Jawad!! He's saved my life.
I found Dr Jawad very knowledgable, I saw him at a seminar for the first time. I met his staff, now there's a team, like a finely tuned piano. Very nice people, very helpful.rnthe aftercare program s better than any other.rnHe's the best, his surgical competence is incredible.
Dr. Jawad is totally awesome. He is very quiet but he is an excellent surgeon. His staff is very courteous and willing to help you whenever possible. I have had great success so far. I would recommend him to anyone.
I am a RN and knew of Dr.Jawad's excellent reputation in the local medical community. He had a good bedside manner and actually discouraged me from having the by-pass surgery on two visits. Initially, I wasn't quite 100 pounds overweight. Later, when I was over the weight requirement, we agreed to surgery, the insurance company approved it, but when I came in for the pre-op visit, I had lost 10 pounds after being put on thyroid medication. He didn't want to rush into surgery and I felt he was looking out for my best interest. The surgery was cancelled. Eventually, I was at the weight requirement and went forward. His office staff has been wonderful and attentive to my questions and needs. They encouraged me to attend group meetings before and after surgery. I had a friend who had the surgery 2 yrs after mine and I went with her to see Dr.Jawad and was impressed with how the pre-op visit had evolved into a day long event including a physical exam; post-op instructions given by his surgical nurse, a physical therapist, and a nutritionist. Questions were welcomed. I am very glad I chose Dr.Jawad and would highly recommend him. rnBecause of his popularity and expertise, Dr.Jawad now has a specialized state of the art operating room at a local hospital. Because of his busy schedule, his staff follows up with patients after surgery. I think I would have preferred to be seen by him, but understand his priorities. Would do it over without hesitation and would follow his post-op instructions to the letter. rn
Very impressed with the office staff and Dr. Jawad himself. They really have the whole process streamlined and always have everything ready for you when you are there. Dr. Jawad clearly goes over each and every risk and tells you how many complications he has had in his patients. Very open and honest and I appreciate that. I felt very at ease and confident in my choice of surgeons!
