From day one I knew that Dr. Li was the right fit for me. She and her staff are the most accommodating people ever. They were upfront and honest about the whole process. No hidden surprises. I had my surgery in December 2013 and the follow-up care could not be better.

I had my RNY almost 4 years ago, now. When I first met with Dr. Li, I just knew she was the right doctor for me. That's a good thing to feel when you are getting ready to go through this life changing event. The staff in her office went above and beyond to help me through the process and even afterwards. I definitely felt a personal touch with each person in the office. Many of the staff have had WLS and can relate to any of your issues. Being post-op, the staff and Dr. Li continue to provide amazing support. Their availability to their patients is superb. I would highly recommend Dr. Li if you are considering WLS in the Balto area!

Dr. Li not only did my gastric bypass surgery she also removed my galbladder. Dr. Li always made sure I understood everything that was going on. She made all decisions based on what was in MY best interest for my health. Dr. Li and her staff are always professional and make you feel at ease if you have any reservations. I have reccommended Dr. Li to serveral friends and would reccommend her to anyone considering weight loss surgery! Best decision ever to allow Dr. Li to perfom my surgery!

Dr. Li is a AMAZING Doctor. It has been 6 years since my surgery and she has always been up front with me. She tells me what I should be doing and always looks out for my best intrest in my health. She would never lead me in the wrong direction. I love her and she and her staff have always been helpful! I have sent several of my friends to her office!

Li is either painfully arrogant or is too busy to listen to her patients. Neither was a good situation for me when after 4 months if working on my surgical plans with her and her staff, Li decided that she wouldn't perform my surgery according to those plans. The issue was not that she didn't want to. ...the issue was that she waited until 3 weeks before my surgery to inform me. Completely ruining my scheduled surgical plans. Leaving me to scramble and find another doctor. This goes back to my 1st statement. Either arrogant or incompetent....I don't want that person operating on me

Dr Li is amazing! I had heard such wonderful things about her and after meeting her in person, I understood why all of her patients love her so much. Having weight loss surgery is a huge decision and she is there to help you feel comfortable with your choice. She puts you at ease and makes you feel more like you are talking to a friend than a doctor. Aside from Dr. Li, everyone in the office is also so wonderful. They really know their patients, you aren't just another file. For the first time in my life I actually like going to the doctor. There is never any judgement and I know that they are their to support me... not just during the surgery phase, but for the rest of my life.

Dr. Li is a wonderful surgeon. She is thorough in her appointments and explains everything clearly. She came into the hospital several times to check on me - even over the weekend! Her team was in my room at least once a day and her medical fellow came on his own as well. They were all encouraging and knowledgeable. The program at Sinai Hospital has an extensive structure to help you along the way. Both Dr. Li's surgical competence and bedside manner are excellent. I would recommend her. Lovin' my sleeve!

When I first met Dr.Li,she was very straight forward about everything the pros and cons of the surgery. She and her staff are very friendly and helpful and they always give you plenty of hugs. I had my WLS on 11/26/13 and they took care of me very well, I am so glad that I chose Dr.Li and her staff they are the best. I am well into my journey for a better life and I know they will follow me for the rest of my life. I am so glad that I made this decision. Dr.Li and her staff are a true blessing. I had the Gastric Sleeve WLS and am happy with the aftercare program and all the informative information that I was given through out this journey for a new beginning.
