Ayotunde Adeyeri Bariatric Surgeon MD, FASMBS

Dr. Adeyeri is the most caring doctor I have met in a long time. He was with me all thru the process. I went to his Holmdel office, and everyone there was so welcomeing and friendly. I was nervous but determined to get my life back. My husband came with me and Dr. Adeyeri was so wonderful and answered all of our questions and helped put both of us at ease. I had my surgery at Raritan Bay and everyone there was so careing and helpful. Anyone thinking about surgery should make an appointment to talk to Dr. Adeyeri and his staff, they will answer any questions you may have. Julie the nutritionist is wonderful also. She helps you to understand what you have to do before and after surgery. My family is amazed at the weight I have lost already and at the energy I have now. Like I said I am determined to get my life s back and Dr. Adeyeri and his staff is helping me do it.

After years of trying to lose weight and failing I finally decieded to have bariatric surgery. I had my surgery 6 months ago, the only question I have now is why did I wait so long. Dr. Adeyeri and his staff are top notch professionals. They help you each and every step along the way. I highly recommend to anyone thinking of having bariatric surgery to seek out Dr. Adeyeri and his team. Don't hesitate, the sooner you get it done the better your life will be.

I was completely amazed and 100% trusting in Dr. Adeyeri. I can not say that for every doctor, and I've been to PLENTY of specialists. I knew Dr. Adeyeri wasn't in on making money on surgery - he actually cared and was with me every step until the date of surgery, and still helps me post-op. For the 6 months pre-op, I was told to lose weight and we could set a date. Dates were set, and pushed back as quickly as they were set for me. Dr. Adeyeri told me straight up - this is a very high risk surgery and if I didn't lose some weight before surgery, he would not do it. Determined, I decided to push through and eventually got my surgery. Even on surgery day he re-iterated about the risk and whats to come after surgery. For a doctor who not only cared for my health and well-being, he also treated me as if I was his own family member and would do anything and everything possible to get to my goal. To this day I am still amazed how much he cares and I always hear wonderful things when waiting in the patient waiting area from past and present patients. He saved my life - and there is nothing in this world better than a person who is 100% behind his job and goes above and beyond to make sure you are secure and safe. I'd recommend Dr. Adeyeri to ANYONE who is thinking or is in need of bariatric surgery.

What to say about Dr. Adeyeri? There is not enough good things to say about him. He is so very kind, knowledgeable & caring for every patient. When I first went to see Dr. Adeyeri I was very nervous and not sure if I was even going to go through with surgery. Dr. Adeyeri put me right at ease and was very helpful in telling me about the different types of surgery there were.

The day of my surgery, May 3, 2012, I was very nervous as I had never had any type of surgery before. Everyone at the hospital was very nice and helped to put me at ease. After my surgery Dr. Adeyeri went to the family waiting area and spoke with my parents and answered all their questions.

The next day in the hospital while I had visitors, Dr. Adeyeri came to do rounds. I was amazed as he went around the room and introduced himself to everyone there. I have been a visitor many times to friends and family in the hospital and have never seen this happen before, most doctors ignore the people in the room and just deal with the patient. He spoke with my parents, calling them by name. It was just nice to see a doctor that took that kind of time. I was just amazed.

It has now been 9 months since my bypass surgery and Dr. Adeyeri is very pleased with my results and I am still very happy with him. I would recommend Dr. Adeyeri to anyone and have to a couple of people since my surgery.

Dr. Adeyeri is a great surgeon but for me more importantly, he is a very kind human being that cares for his patients. From everything I have seen at the support group his patients care about him just as much.

If I had to rate Dr. Adeyeri from 1 to 10 he would definitely be a 50! Great person!

I wasnt sure If I wanted to have bariatric surgery, I did my homework and found Central Jersey Bariatrics. I made an apt and went..alittle nervous, but I went. From the minute I walked into the ofc I knew I did the right thing. The girls in the ofc were welcoming and very helpful. Mara..I think is the ofc manager ..she is an AMAZING person..she always has a smile on her face and always makes you feel good about yourself.
The day of the surgery I was very nervous, But after seeing Dr.A's smiling face..I felt better. We even had alittle laugh in the operating room..My surgery went well..Im not going to lie ,after the surgery I was in pain..but Dr.A made sure I was comfortable..
I decided to have my surgery at Raratin Bay...my stay there couldnt have been better.. the nurses there are ANGELS IN SCRUBS..lol..the 1st night my nurse was leah..she was wonderful,also my nurse during the few days I was there was danielle..she was wonderful also..I have no complaints about my hospital stay...
Its been a few months since my surgery..My whole life is changing....I can do alot more things, I look alot better..and my huband and family are so proud of me..But I couldnt have done any of it without the help of Dr. A...How do you thank someone for giving you your life back,for giving you back everything in life you were missing, Dr.A and his staff have given me hope and courage to live a happier healther life..
Dr.A cares about each and everyone of his patients..and he wants the best for them..he will sit and talk with you until all your questions are answered..He works hard to make sure his patients are successful..if you are even just thinkin of having bariatric surgery, make an apt to go see Dr.A..He will point you in the right direction, no matter what that may be..GOOD LUCK!!!

After not being able to get on a ride with my daughter, I started looking into Barriatric Surgery.In my first meeting with Dr. Adeyer, he was full of information and any questions I had he anwered w/o hesitation. He also encourages all his patients to attend the seminars and support groups prior to making your decision. I will forever be greatful to Dr. A, he has changed my life for the best. i would refer him to anyone. He is caring and talks to his patients as human beings. His staff is also verry kind and helpful.

Dr.Ayotunde Adeyeri is a wonderful doctor he is very nice,answers all your questions without feeling rushed.His staff at all the offices are very nice as well I highly recommend his team.

Dr. Ayotunde Adeyeri did not do my reux en why gastric bypass, which I had 21/2 years ago. But he is the doctor I see now. He is a very caring doctor. He attends all of our meetings and will answer any questions we have. I had recently put back on a few pounds and he told me what to do to take the pounds back off. It is a slow process but his idea is working for me. In my opinion I think he is a very good doctor and I woud reccomend him to anyone who should need his help. He is very much involved in his patients aftercare and offers any advice that we would need.As a doctor I think he is the best in his field.

When I went to Dr. Adeyeri I was still on the fence about having the surgery. After the first meeting and workshop I was sold. Between him and his helpful staff, I was constantly assured and all of my questions answered. His honest approach helped me to know I was doing the right thing. Listening to his former patients also helped me to realize my impressions were all correct. I did have a small issue during surgery which was handled in a way that made me relax and my family. I have a large family that were not all for this. After meeting him and seeing the progress I have made they are all believers!! I would recommend him to anyone, and already have. This can be a scary process, and I was frightened going into the operating room. The hospital Raritan Bay Medical Center could not have been better. At every step that morning all I saw were smiling faces trying to relax me and let me know they were there for me. So far this has been better than I had expected and I also feel that has to do with Dr. Adeyeri, and I will be greatful to him for helping to change my life, forever!

After struggling for almost two years with a lap-band and not successfully losing the weight I wanted; I met up with Dr Adeyeri (Dr. A) and his team for some advice and guidance. Dr. A and his highly qualified support team was open and honest with my situation and provided me with the direction to get my weight loss back on track for 2013. On January 3rd, I successfully had my lap-band removed and had a bariatric sleeve procedure performed all at the same time at Raritan Bay Med Center. Everything went like clock work from pre-op testing to surgery to discharge. One week from later the pain is gone, I am walking daily and going through the recovery process. Everything is going exactly as they told me and I am now positioned to lose the weight I wanted and live a healthier life. Dr. A did a great job and got me turned in the right direction for 2013. I cannot say enough positive things about the man from start to finish. His advice and guidance was clear, the patient care was outstanding, the surgery was successful and the support team is outstanding. I have been blessed to have top notch care and am thankful to everyone.
