Dr. Andrei is absoutely amazing, as well as his staff. No one can ask for a better, caring doctor. I would absoutely recommend him to anyone considering weight loss surgery. He and his staff are there for all of his patients every step of the way, either before or years after surgery.
I had Gastric Bypass surgery november 21st, 2011 and Dr. Andrei has been amazing. I could not have asked for a better surgeon. Dr. Andrei's staff was amazing. They were there for me every step of the way before and after surgery. I used Dr. Andrei because both my parents had amazing success stories, as well as my god mother and a couple of other people that i know that used Dr. Andrei. His staff called me every day to ask how i was feeling, and if i had any problems they made sure that they were able to fix what ever was wrong or refer me to the correct person. I would recomened Dr. Adrei to anyone that is looking for a tool for weight loss.
The process was better than I thought! I was a bit scared and the staff re assured me of everything, made me feel comfortable and gave me all the info I needed. Dr. andrei and Pamela posner are the best professionally and with bedside manner. Dr. Andrei is one of the best surgeons and I was really impressed with the way everything from appointments to paperwork to how my surgery went.
The post op care is great, I feel like they are my family. They stay on top of me which I need!Overall my experience has been great.
I had the bypass surgery first, which was very successful. I lost 100lbs. It has been 5yrs and I gained 30lbs. I now just had the lap band surgery and so far I lost 13lbs. Today is my first adjustment and I will let you know how I am doing. Dr. Andrei and the group are wonderful people and I am glad to be in their care I couldn't be happier.
It's May and I'm getting my 5th fill... learning to listen to my band.... I can see in my clothes that I have lost lots of inches and feeling alot better about myself. I exercise every day and I think I'm on the right path .... losing slowly but losing!!!! Dr. Andrei and his staff continue to be a great support system.... love them!!!! Always feel at home when I come for my fills and follow ups.
One week post op and feeling great! From my very first visit to Dr. Andrei's office I knew I had found the doctor I wanted to perform my lap band surgery. Not only was Dr. Andrei knowledable but most importantly he had a great support staff. All the girls and Andy were amazingly helpful and made my experience very easy.
Everything has gone as I was told it would and I feel wonderful! Definately will recommend them highly!
I'm coming up on my 6 month anniversary of my surgery this week and I'm feeling great. I've had really no complications and no pain. Mild nausea every now and then if i eat to fast or to much but other than that I've been feeling and doing great. I think a lot of this has to do with Dr. Andrei and his staff. They call to check up on me and keep me up to date with all my appointments and adjustments. They're a great team and an excellent support system.
Im 3 weeks post op(band) and I'm doing great. Dr. Andrei and his staff are amazing. They were very helpful through the entire process and made the months leading up my surgery go very smoothly. Dr. Andrei is definitely one of the best and I'm glad I decided to go with him as my doctor. I've had little to no pain since my surgery and three weeks out im feeling just like my old self again. I would 100% recommend this surgery and Dr. Andrei to anyone who is looking for a weight loss solution.
Dr Andrei is AWESOME! I was one of his first patients and have referred about 6 people to him whom all had excellent results. I know people who have not had success with this surgery and some who have died and I wish they went to Dr. Andrei because they would have had great results.
Dr Andrei and his staff are wonderful, they take you by the hand & guide you thru the process step by step like a parent teaching a child how to ride a bike. They never leave you wondering about anything. IT has been a wonderful experience. I would diffently recommend Dr. Andrei to anyone who is struggeling with weight.
Pam is 5 stars all the way. I met Pam 2.5 years ago, and was petrified at my first visit, I was provided with such information I left and did not talk about it for 2 weeks, But then over the 6 months prior to my surgery Pam helped me every step of the way. She returned every call, she answered any question ands if I had a concern, she brought it right to the Surgeon's attention, Dr. Andrei. She being a skinny minny never made me feel bad about myself. Always positive and upbear. Cery thorough and has an open door policy. She runs the support groups as well, She gets to know you as a person, not just a patient, and like the other reviewer stated, she remembers you and does not need her notes. I had difficulties I had to start over many times, Every time she worked with me and made sure I was okay, And she visited me in the hospital as well, she wanted to make sure I was going home comfortable, Easy to open up to, easy to talk to. A definite wonderful asset and wonderful person to have on my side. I now am thinking of taking my teen boy to her for counseling. I'm fortunate to have her on my side. Choosing Dr. Andrei to do my surgery has been been the best and most important decision that i could have made. He is a professional in every sense of the word to go along with being one of the nicest doctors i have ever come across.He took the time to explain and reassure all steps of my procedure to me in a manner that i never felt small,silly or even nervous.His staff at his office are nothing short of the nicest and most dedicated people you will ever encounter. They have been with me every step of the way and i have never felt alone or uninformed at any time, pre or post surgery. Their care for their patients is genuine and they go out of their way to help you in every aspect of the procedure.They truely make you feel as family.Comming through the door of this office has been the best decision me and my wife could have ever made......
At first I was not sure about having the surgery because I always was able to loss weight when I put my mind to it,but after getting older it became very diffcult to lose the weight. I became very frustrated . A friend of mine told me about the procedure and I became interested in proceding to have the lapband. Dr.Andrei and the entire staff were very professional and reach out to me daily for my care. So far I am please with the results.
