The best practice there is!!!! YOU ARE MAKING A BIG MISTAKE BY NOT SEEING EITHER DR GARBER OR DR HOLOVER! They are EXCELLENT surgeons!

I had the bypass done by Dr Garber. It was BY FAR the best move I have ever made! I had terrible diabetes and I weighed 260lbs... and now I'm 150lbs!!!

Dr. Garber is hands down THE BEST surgeon in the whole wide world!!!!!:) (Can you tell that I'm pleased with him?) He has performed both of my surgeries and my experience with both him and his staff has been nothing but pleasant. I have had no complications, almost no pain post-op, they are always happy to answer any questions I may have and the staff at Mercy Hospital is wonderful. I have even convinced a friend to have him perform her surgery. If you have had any difficulty at all choosing a surgeon, please believe me when I tell you that he will not disappoint you.

I AM PLANNING ON HAVING SURGERY IN THE NEXT MONTH WITH DR HOLOVER, I FOUND THE NYBG GROUP THROUGH AN ONLINE SEARCH..I WOULD RECOMMENED SURGERY WITH THE GROUP BECAUSE THERE IS A LOT OF ASSISTNCE WITH ANY QUESTION ASSOCIATED WITH HAVING SURGERY..DR HOLOVERHAS BEEN VERY HELPFUL WITH ANSWERING ALL OF MY QUESTIONS..

I had surgery in Feb of 2010 with Dr. Holover, I would def recommend the surgery, it wa sthe best thing I ever did, lost weight quickly and have more energy, I have a better outlook on life. We found It through the radio. Recovery was great, I went back to work in 2 weeks. Dr Holover has great bedside manners and he walked me through all the steps of explaining the surgery and any issues.

Have been thinking about bariatric surgury for some time. NYBG has been so highly recommended. Dr.Holover has been so wonderful and explained all that is involved in the procedures, lapband. I would only use this group, staff as well is wonderful.

This has been an interesting journey. Dr. Holover is a dedicated, understanding, and hard-working physician. The day we met, I felt very comfortable talking with him. He spent a lot of time answering questions and helping me understand the risks, benefits and alternatives to this surgery. Now, being six months post my surgey, my opinion of him has not changed. I would recommend him to anyone wanting to have bariatric surgery. You definately will receive the needed support from him and all the office staff. It is important to mention that the quality patient care he provides did not end after the surgery; it continues. Overall, this has been a very positive experience and I attribute it to Dr. Holover and his staff.

I love Dr Holover's office. The staff is so nice and they are always so accommodating. I can call whenever and they will squeeze me in. Dr Holover was terrific throughout the whole process. Not only a great surgeon but a really nice guy too! I'd recommend Dr Holover and the New York Bariatric Group to anyone who is looking for the best bariatric team out there

I felt amazing after having the lapband surgery. I recovered very quickly. I LOVE the staff at Dr. Garber's office. They are always so nice and helpful! Dr Garber is a GREAT surgeon!

I HAD THE LAPBAND SURGERY SEPT 2008. I WOULD RECOMMEND THE PROCEDURE AND THE NYBG OF DOCTORS TO OTHER FRIENDS AND FAMILY. I FOUND THE OFFICE FROM A FRIENDS REFERRAL.RECOVERY WAS AS ADVERTISED, NO HIDDEN SURPRISES. DR HOLOVER LET MEK NOW THE REQUIREMENTS AND HARD WORK NECESSARY TO MAINTAIN THE WEIGHT LOSS. THE SURGERY HAS CHANGED MY LIFE BY IMPROVING MY SOCIAL LIFE, AND I AM MORE ENERGETIC THAN EVER.I AM VERY HAPPY WITH THE ENTIRE STAFF AND THE OUTCOME OF MY PROCEDURE.
