I worked with Dr Walton several years agornbefore he moved to Edmond. I found him tornbe very caring with his patients. He was always honest with them, even if it was something difficult to say/hear. rnThe office staff, dietician, nurse practitionerrnand trainer are very helpful and very friendly.rnI do not have any complaints about my rnweightwise experience. When I first startedrnthey were having trouble keeping dutch chocrnshake, but I said something to them and I have never seen them out of stock since.rnFrom working as a nurse with Dr WaltonrnI know personally that he is a great surgeon, very competent. Dr. Broussard is very dedicated to me as his patient. I have never felt that he just wanted to do surgery on me. He and his staff genuinely care about my overall health and wellbeing. They are very thorough in their testing and preparation for my upcoming surgery. I have full confidence in their care.

I've only been to the seminar. Dr. Walton wasrnvery informative. rnthe only thing i was disappointed in was anrninsurance person called me and told me thatrnsurgery would be covered by my insurance, afterrnshe investigated for a week. i was very excited, wentrnto the seminar and found out it will not cover.rnMy bmi is not high enough. i was sure i wasrngoing to do it, but now i have to come up withrnthe money, or gain more weight.rnHe emphasized aftercare well enough to think aboutrnit.rnThe risks were well emphasized. rn

I have been able to loose the my weight by using the diet plan. I was recommended to Weightwise by my ob/gyn and I had heard of Doctor Walton through his brother-in-law Rick Visor. So those referrals made my decission to use Weightwise easy.

I really like Dr. Broussard because he is so personable and seems to genuinely care about his patients. He made me feel very comfortable about my decision to have the surgery. He worked with me before the surgery to make sure I was ready for the surgery by setting up personalized weight loss and general health goals to meet before the surgery. After the surgery, he came in numerous times to check on me during my stay in the hospital. I would recommend him to anyone who is considering weight loss surgery!

My husband and I are both patients and we both like Dr. Broussard. He won us over at the seminar with his ability to explain a lot of information, answer everyone's questions, make us all feel comfortable and even make us laugh. At our first appointment, I found him to have an excellent bedside manner. He is patient, caring, personable and his knowledge was impressive. None of our questions stumped him! All the staff we interacted with so far have taken excellent care of us. We are just getting started on this journey together and are both very hopeful and excited.

I met my surgeon on 10/19/06 & he is super nice & I am so looking forward to working with him on my way to a healthier me! He is so extremely nice & truly cares about his patients well being & after talking to him for a few minutes it's like we have been buds forever..He is so encouraging already & I have now have all my pre-op stuff done. Now all I have to do is lose 15 more pounds! I am struggling with that :*(

I had RNY 10/4/04, I have lost about 170# total. It only took about 2 minutes for Dr. Walton to totally winning me over. During his seminar he gave me \"permission\" to give myself the chance to have a really life. He is so knowledgable and dedicated. He really believes in what he is doing and he makes you feel like you are a personal friend of his. I have no doubt that could have been no better treatment given to anyone. His office staff were nice, but they were the strength behind a strong man and surgeon. His program is not only about the surgery, but the pre, during and post surgery care. No one could ever get better care from anyone. He totally exceeded my every expectation and even exceeded some expectation I was not orginally aware of. I feel like a new person. Thank you can not even come close to the way I feel about Dr. Walton. I owe my life to Dr. Walton. Dr. Walton, I truely believe is doing exactly what God put him on this earth to do. And God makes NO-O-O mistakes. To any future pt.--> I know that 100% positive reviews are generally suspect, but believe me there is nothing that Dr. Walton or I needed to change.

I was very impressed the first time I met him. He seemed to really care about \"me\". Over time it just got better. He actually called my insurance company himself and got my approval. He is really big on aftercare, I will seem him for at least a year after my surgery.
