When I first met Dr. Steinberg, I was totally impressed and ready for my insurance approval. I felt at the end of the siminar that I had made a WONDERFUL decision. He made sure everyone's questions were answered and the answers were very thorough. His office staff has been as helpful as possible and I have only heard positive reviews from his patients.rnrnOne area Dr. S made sure to emphasize were the risks involved with surgery. I have told my best friend and step dad of my wonderful experience with Dr. S and they are both considering going to him if all else fails.rnrnIf I had to do this over again, I'd do it in a heart beat and not change a single thing. Dr. S made my mother and cousin feel secure and assured that everything was well. He's overall just a great surgeon! I'd recommend everyone to him! =)
Dr. Steinberg and the rest of his team are absolutely WONDERFUL! My initial meeting was great. I was immediately put at ease by Dr. Steinberg and the office staff. At times, I can be a bit goofy. In one day I have called about four times. My questions and concerns were always and are always addressed in a very caring, patient way. I never feel rushed when I go up to an appointment. I knew I was in excellent hands and was not even nervous on the day of my surgery. Dr. Steinberg is always warm, friendly, funny, kind, and genuinely seems to care. He is the total package having both surgical competence and an excellent bedside manner. Before I made the choice to have the surgery, I was very well informed of all risk, expectations, etc. I relly feel like this office is pulling for me every step of the way. I could go on and on about dr. Steinberg and his staff. I thank everyone of them. I would encourage anyone who is considering a WLS to contact Dr. Steinberg's office at once. You won't be disappointed. I do not have anything negative to say and I have never had an unpleasent visit.
My surgeon is the Greatest. He is so caring and he is so concerned about his patients. I just love him so much. He takes time with you, and that is so important to me and I know to others.
His staff is also so caring also. Kathy is always there when you need to ask a question. She is so sweet.
I am so glad to have Dr. Scott Steinberg. I am so blessed. He is my ANGEL.
Although I have not met him yet I have met with Dr Rashib and she is very nice and informal. It took me over a year to make my mind that I wanted this. The staff is very supportive and fast at their responces. I have my date set for lapbanding 1.12.09. I am very excited to have a great team.
I ABSOLUTLY LOVE HER! SHE WAS VERY EASY TO TALK TO. SHE IS ACTUALLY CONSERNED ON HOW I FEEL AND MY WELL BEING. I DID NOT FEEL LIKE I WAS JUST ANOTHER CHECK IN THE BANK. SHE ACTUALLY CARES AND WANTS THE BEST OUTCOME FOR ME. I CAN'T SAY THERE IS ANYTHING THAT I DID NOT LIKE ABOUT HER. SHE STILL SEES ME AT MISLETONES OF MY JOUNERY TO LOSING WEIGHT. SHE IS THERE IF I HAVE ANY PROBLEMS POST SURGERY. SHE HAS A GREAT BEDSIDE MANNER. I COULDN'T HAVE BEEN ANY LUCKIER TO HAVE HER AS MY WLS.
He was very nice, and very good speaker.rn Not once did it change. rnVery nice, and have a amazing office, and very knowledgeable. He should be in your list to check out. rn I would say he is about a 7 on aftercare. He makes sure you are set up at home. rnI don't live close enough to go to his WL Groups. rn I am a nurse, I know there are risks, I addressed them with him.rn I would rate him a 10!rnBoth surgical competence and bedside matter are a must... he has both!
-Down to earth which made it easy for me to communicate with himrn-Thorough in providing information on the surgery at the group meetingrn-1st office visit was very briefrn- New patients will have to slow him down to make him answer your questions or spend more than a few minutes with you in a office visit. Write your questions down before your office visit.rnBedside manner is VERY important to me.
I have been an RN for a very long time. I must admit that Dr. Steinberg has the best bed-side manner of any doctor I have met. He is extremely compassionate. My surgery went better than I thought it might. His office staff is very friendly and willing to answer any question and assist you on your journey.

Shawna Clinard the New Patient Coordinator was fantastic in helping me get my paperwork in quickly. Dr. Steinberg was great at answering all my Questions. They also have a great online support group that has been tremendous at helping me with all of my concerns. rnrnI just had my last visit with Dr. Steinberg befor my surgery. I now await for my surgery date.
