Dr. Steinberg is absolutely awesome. Such a brilliant surgeon and a very warm and kind bedside manner. He is a bit busy and rushed, but he's a New Yawka like me so it's to be expected. He have saved my life and I feel very safe and taken care of by him and his practice.
I had my initial appointment with Dr. Steinberg today, and I must say, the office was beautiful and the office staff was so friendly. I was not nervous at all. The office staff was friendly, and Jackie was warm a welcoming in explaining the steps that I need to take, as far as, getting insurance approval. Dr. Steinberg was awesome in consulting with me and my husband. I feel that I have made the right choice :) and I am so excited :D Yay!!!
Dr Steinberg and his staff are top rate. I can not be more pleased with my RNY and the care I received. DeKalb medical is an awesome facility and I highly recommend them.
Dr. Steinberg is a seriously great surgeon. We laughed, we got our act together and we shluffed though the insurance approval process. His staff is amazing, and I recommend him to anyone looking to have Bariatric surgery done

Dr. Steinberg and his staff are AWESOME! I am going through all that is entitled to get the surgery. After meeting with him and Jackie I have to say that I cannot wait til my surgery is finally here and all of my paperwork is completed. I have had a couple surgeries prior to this one for other things and he is the only one that actually seemed like he genuinely cared about his patient. I would recommend them to everyone if I could.

He was reassuring and informational. Explained to me actually what to expect. His professional mannerisms have been outstanding and I can't wait to continue to work with him. At this moment, feeling pretty good....
Dr. Rashid has been absolutely wonderful. She did my lapband and later my revision, She is a very caring Surgeon who I would recommend to anyone.
I was very nervous when I came to the office. However, the staff made me feel relax immediately. Meeting Dr. Rashid was icing on the cake. She was very nice and I felt comfortable that she would take care of me.

Dr. Steinberg is really a sweetheart. He is very knowledgeable and open to any questions. His staff is exceptional and the practice has good ethics and is very well organized. I want to thank Dr. Steinberg and his staff for taking such good care of me. I have had great success so far. I am going into week 5 I have lost a total of 35 Lbs and so so happy. My biggest challenge is knowing what to eat at this stage. I need to increase my exercise, now that I am back at work I just need to fit it in. I am looking forward to reaching my goal in another 15 months.
