Kirk, Just wanted to tell you that you have done a fantastic job! I wish you all the luck in your approvals for plastic surgery. I started at 446lbs and am down 176lbs. so far,still have another 100 to go. Dr. Cook was my surgeon too. I can't wait to get to the point that I get too look into plastic surgery too. Wishing you nothing but the best. Way to go!!! Hugs!

Congratulations on your great wt loss. You used your tool very well. I also want to tell you I enjoyed reading your story in obesityhelp magazine. It really was a very touching story. Hi Kirk, First of all, I want to congratulate you on your tremendous weight loss. Second about the audio profile, it doesn't sound too clear in real player or mp3 format. wouldn't .wav format sound better? I added a wav file to my page. Come by and check it out. 33lbs gone in 3 weeks!
