Crow, I don't know if you remember me but when I first came to this site I spent hours in the chat room and I th ink you even called me while I was in the hospital. You were the one to throw me a lifeline when I was post op and was depressed that I couldn't eat anything and wasted away in the first 30 days..50 pounds! Now, the second part of YOUR journey begins!...I remember we almost lost YOU when it was YOUR surgery, but you were meant for bigger and better things!. YOu look great! Keep up the good work! As I sit here recovering from my panniculectomy/hernia repair I will keep you in my thoughts for a painfree surgery. Crow you have really been an incredible inspiration to mr and many others~ May God continue to bless you-

Kirk is going in for plastic surgery and hernia repair surgery on Monday. He is one of the nicest guys around. Most know him as "Crow" from the chat room. He is always willing to help out anyone, always has a kind word and a warm heart to offer. Let's send out lots of prayers/good thoughts/well wishes for him. Hugsss Kirk, we love you!!!!!

I wanted to wish you well with your upcoming surgery. I hope that all goes well and that you are up and out and about real soon. I'll bet you are are doing a happy dance accompanied by a bundle of unwanted "NERVES", but don't worry be HAPPY! You are in my thoughts and prayers. Good Luck!
