Sally, I want to wish you a speedy recovery. I can't wait to read you posts after your surgery. You are so helpful to many people by being so open and honest with your experiences with being obese. I thank you from my heart. Best wishes and lots of prayers for a safe surgery and fast recovery.

Sally, congratulations on your upcoming surgery. May peace and love surround you on your journey and carry you along safely. Remember to drink your water, take your vitamins, walk daily and most importantly, be gentle with yourself along the way. Lastly, don't forget to stop by occasionally and update your profile. Sally - thought about you last night at a Christmas Party in Tulsa where many pre & post ops got together for a wonderful evening and a little sharing of stories. There were several of us all dressed up and actually dancing, when this time last year we would not even have gone out. It was so heartwarming - and Christmas next year you will be one of those folks whose eyes shine as brightly as the lights on the Christmas tree. Be strong---you can do what is ahead. It is hard at first, but in my view, not as hard as living another day imprisoned in the pre-op body. God bless you.
