Sally I miss you already. You were such a good friend to me. Even though we never met, I feel like I've known you for years. What a sense of humor! In my darkest moments you could make me laugh. I will keep you in my heart forever. You are at peace now and no longer in pain and that brings me comfort. Soar with the angels my friend. Sally, I know you're reading this from heaven. I bookmarked your page months ago so that I could follow your story.It's a hard struggle to be 500+ pounds. Not many of us can understand that. I've been there, and my heart is happy to know that you are free now. I'm sorry you had to leave so soon, but God needed you more. No more struggles Sally. Much Love:)!

Sally was loved by all who knew her and by all who "felt" they knew her through her posts on the WLS Message Board. Indeed, she will be greatly missed. Heartfelt sympathy to her family, and especially to her best friend, Lois, who was there for her for over 30 years. My tears are not for Sally, for she is in a better place, but my tears are for US - the people left behind who will miss her so much ! Marilyn

What can I say that hasn't already been said? Let all of us here at AMOS not cry for Sally's passing but yet, tomorrow at high noon, honor her memory by lifting your heart in prayer. I would like to express my deepest sympathy at the loss of Sally even though I didn't know her personally. The pain she lived with is over and she is now one of God's brightest angels. May God send a comfort to her family as well as those who knew and loved her. You may be gone but you'll never be forgotten because your words will live forever in our hearts and minds.

I wish I had the magic words to heal your families heart. This is a time of great sadness,I know not for you,because you have all the beautiful light and wings to enjoy now. I just wanted to express my condolences to Sally's family and to Lois. I will keep you all in my prayers. I never knew Sally and I feel like I have missed a beautiful person.

There is really nothing that I can say that hasn't already been said, but I had to express my condolences to Sally's family, and to her dear friend Lois. Sally was delightfully spunky in her posts, and always had a kind word of encouragment. I remember when I posted how I had been denied my surgery initially, she sent me and email stating simply, "Cry your heart out, and then wipe the tears away and fight!" She will be missed.
