Sally - I am so happy for you with your new surgery date!!! You will do just fine. Do what the doc says, drink, walk when you can. I am 57 and I had surgery when I was almost 56, I am down 154 lbs!! I know you can do it. God will wrap his arms around you and envelope you with his protection!

Sally! I'm doing a happy dance around my office for you!! Happy dance, happy dance!! My coworkers think I am nuts!!! I am so happy for you! God has answered your prayers and ours too! If one of our brothers or sisters need support, we are ALL there for them!! Never forget how loved you are!! Sally - I know that number on the scale had to be disturbing to you - but remember... you have had the courage to find the way to change that number and make yourself healthier. Your are donig something about it!!! You are a courageous woman and an inspiration to everyone on this web site. You can do it! I wish you the best of everything for your upcoming surgery.
