Hi there everyone, I just wanted to let everyone know I just spoke to John's sister and Mom. He is holding his own, although he is very sick. His B/P is extremely low, although his body temp is normal. He is on the vent, to help his lungs and heart rest, but they feel he is responsive and when asked questions he will squeeze their hand or wiggle his toes. They did a cath in the heart and determined he did NOT have a heart attack, although he has had one large and a few small embolisms, but blood thinner threaten the bleeding of the wls site. His kidneys are not functioning, although they are starting him on dialysis this afternoon, to try to relieve some of the liquid from his body. They tried getting him into a bed to rotate him, to help his lungs and heart, although he was too large for the bed, so they will continue to rotate him. They said they are "Promoting everyone to come to see him" They feel all our Strength, Courage and Love we have to share with him, is helping him through such this rough time.
