Justin, Don't be so hard on yourself. You may be at a point where you are not losing, but hey, you have lost 130 lbs. How could you have done that without WLS? I know, because I was over 500 lbs. too. So what if you have quit losing for now. All that means is that you will have to be more structured than before and watch what you eat more closely. I don't recall anyone telling me that WLS would do all the work for me and that I wouldn't have to contribute to the success of losing the weight. I was told that it is a tool to help you lose the weight. I know that I am always going to watch what I eat. You should focus on that and pick up your boot-straps and keep marching forward. You can get there, it is only going to take an extra effort. Don't be a quitter. I know that I have been one in the past and as bad as you may feel now, when you quit trying, you will feel so much worse. Take a look at all the support you have on this board and use that to help you. Roll Tide!!!
