Justin, Remember this little episode is just a bump in the road and that this too shall pass. Don't beat yourself up over it, okay. We all learn by trial and error and none of us are perfect. Your weightloss is great and I'm so proud of you. Take care and keep the faith. God Bless.

Don't beat yourself up about the potatoes. You can still eat them. Just make sure you are getting in your protein first. I congratulate you on your tremendous weight loss. That is truly a blessing. And if you keep doing those two hour workouts, the potatoes are not going to matter with the calories you are burning. Keep up the good work.
