Good Evening All:) The latest news on Stacie is that she will be spending the night in ICU. Not to worry though, I told her last night Dr. Veninga might opt for that since she also has sleep apnea and uses a cpap machine. She should be in her own room sometime tomorrow. The Nurse said she is awake and talking and doing OK and that they are working on pain control. Stacie was a bit worried that she didn't sleep all day, but that probably won't last too long:) More News tomorrow:) Congrats Stacie for making it successfully over to the "Other Side":) Sending Warm Healing Skinny Thoughts to All:) ttfn

Hello All:) Stacie has made it through surgery but is still waiting for a room. I will be checking in on her a bit later and will let you all know how she's doing and her room number etc. as soon as I get it. Sending Warm Healing Skinny Thoughts to All:) ttfn

Hello All:) Well, here I am adjusting those wings again:) But this time I had to take a Nip & Tuck here & there so they don't fall off in a stiff breeze:) I Talked to Stacie for about an hour this evening. She is not nervous and ready to get it over with:) Believe it or not she chugged that whole Gallon of golytely in just 2 hours. I think that deserves a Medal myself:) Her surgery is scheduled for 7:30am Tuesday morning @ Presbyterian Hospital of Plano. I will be checking in on her & posting her progress as soon as I get it:) Please everyone keep her in your thoughts & prayers and if you get a chance, post a message to her here. Stacie, well here ya go! The time has come for you to start your new life, your new opportunity. When the pain gets bad, remember all the things you are going to do when that weight comes off. I am looking forward to following your progress and your successes. Good luck! Love,
